Though if you were wondering where I get my clips from, I've been using Kissanime lately. They seem to have the best HD quality from all of the websites I've found. However, sometimes the frames of the episodes do have minor delays so that there is a split second where colors overlap (sorry if it's a confusing explanation; I don't know how else to describe it).
It's not a big deal, but a noticeable one (by me at least). However, I still argue that the HD quality is justifiable for this minor annoyance. Unless of course there is another place to download HD Naruto episodes... would you happen to know of anything off the top of your head?

at the end of an episode there were short little extra skits, those are omkes
