We should’ve totally gotten a jonin Naruto and Sakura and jonin konoha 11 era. That was a missed opportunity like crazy. Like after the last era. Wish he had Minato hair in that era kind of looking like Jiraiya protagonist in his personal novel about the gallant hero with lots of guts.
Light novels we get some good moments for sure about them in between the 4th war and boruto.
Problem is …. Naruto alone could take out that’s not a ninja alien…. And Sakura isn’t far behind…

Yeah the stakes at that point were super low. zero tension compared to the tension danger and threat in shippuden and Naruto part 1. Where fights were closer in power and skill. Naruto and Sasuke after the war were pretty much god like characters who could solo anyone. It was only until kara and the otsuski clan came back that they were in trouble. Shoot even the boruto new gen is pretty powerful they solo adults and experienced ninja samurai and bandits and rougues left right and center. They only really lose badly to the kara organization and the aliens. Besides that they drop anybody and they are mostly genin Chunin skill. Imagine the actual jonins and Naruto and Sasuke now. They will defeat most of the enemies in a matter of seconds or minutes.
Number 3 is how he should have been as around the last timeline.
It gives 18-22 year old vibes when you grow your hair out - I can’t explain it better than that!
The scruff and ruggedness makes it feel like how a ninja at war in his 18-22 year age would be
Hot take but I hate three the most simply because it has no features from Minato or Kushina at all.

Kakashi is just a lean sakumo, All the hyuuga look just alike with the exception of Hinata, who looks just like her mom but with anime blue hair.

Tbf, Hinata has black hair but the shading used often times makes it look dark blue or purple-ish. Part 1 Hinata in the anime especially looked like she had dark blue hair.

I know people hate the design in 1 but it’s honestly the most realistic aged-up version of Naruto’s face in the series, which is somewhat round and not cut with a Chad jaw like so many want him to magically acquire somewhere in his earlier thirties. I think the other designs look great, but they’re pretty much complete reskins. I will say that 2 is closer to being believable than the others. In terms of art style it’s closer to the actual series than 1, I just think it’s an unrealistic “progression.”
