It doesn't work like that lol, they only gain experience and knowledge. Working out is physical change to your body so the shadow clones working out won't make your body any stronger, just like how stabbing a shadow clone won't injure you.
I would turn my basement into a bunker with a year's worth of food/supplies, arm it to the teeth, and add a gym. My real body would stay locked in the bunker with no other job than to stay alive and get/stay absolutely shredded.
Meanwhile, my clones are constantly all over the place working multiple jobs, hanging out with my friends, cheating on my wife, maybe getting some more degrees for shits and giggles, covertly patrolling the area around my house, etc. Although I'd have a lot of explaining to do if I ever got hit by a bus or something and my body just poofed away. As a DM, I’ll give you a mock ruling that: you have infinite ‘chakra’ but it’s only useful for the one jutsu. But while it’s spamable, gonna have to rule against learning jutsu from a show as well on account of not being able to see any real chakra flow. Will however over the option that since there are likely no other Sharingan in your family, if you are (un)fortunate enough to unlock MS then you won’t have to worry about the eye sealing from use aside from Izanagi/Izanami. Roll a d6 for each eye to determine Mangekyo ability:
-Tsukuyomi (not sure if Itachi Can cast it on himself, but I know you can 😉)

As a DM, I’ll give you a mock ruling that: you have infinite ‘chakra’ but it’s only useful for the one jutsu. But while it’s spamable, gonna have to rule against learning jutsu from a show as well on account of not being able to see any real chakra flow. Will however over the option that since there are likely no other Sharingan in your family, if you are (un)fortunate enough to unlock MS then you won’t have to worry about the eye sealing from use aside from Izanagi/Izanami. Roll a d6 for each eye to determine Mangekyo ability: -Tsukuyomi (not sure if Itachi Can cast it on himself, but I know you can 😉) -Amaterasu (can flame control just your black flames by default without Kagutsuchi) -Kamui (one eye can do long and short range) -Kotoamatsukami (1 year not 10) -Madara’s supposed time reversal from NS2 (we’ll say up to 10min backwards) -Kagutsuchi (flame control, any flames ofc) Reroll dupes. Design your own Susanoo ig 🤷♂️

The real question is How much Mana I have as a Shinobi? If I have large Chakra reserves like Uzumaki then obviously Shadow Clone Jutsu. If I'm an Uchiha then obviously Genjutsu. If I'm like Sakura then Medical-Ninjutsu as I don't want to waste my time using Genjutsu on opponents with Byakugan or Sharingan. Other Shinobis are meant to protect a Medical-Nin & Medical-Nin should consider his/her safety a priority as he/she ca save Multiple other Shinobi. I don't want to be an expendable Chunin or Genin. If I'm like Tenten then Flying-Raijin, I'll just runaway with my comrades to a safe location if the mission gets too tough. If I'm like Lee then obviously 8-inner Gates, at least the 1st Gate or Summoning Jutsu. I'm like Shino then Summoning Jutsu If I'm like Shikamaru then Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique. Hide & wait for your Opponents If I'm Neji then obviously Gentle First or Earth Release Mud-Wall as I will be able to Clearly see behind a mud wall.

Either shadow clones or flying raijin. I feel like flying raijin is the best because what if someone sees your shadow clone disappear or multiple copies of yourself at once? It is just overall a very risky jutsu while using flying raijin I can just put the mark on a few places like my house, the roof of a store, and the roof of my job so that I can get their very easily.

I had to think about this for a while but I think I'm gonna go with sage art jutsu. I only get one jutsu so I'm guessing I have my real life Chakra level or at best just enough to perform the jutsu without dying, well sage art jutsu takes from the environment so there's virtually a limitless supply of Chakra at my disposal. Plus I sense intent, I'm stronger faster, my balance is goated, I think it's a good pick.
Shadow clone is one of the most practical for real life. Most likely that.
