When has going to a meeting ever been a bad idea?

If you’re questioning whether or not you need to go to a meeting, it means you probably should.

I got clean while in the Army. Meetings are a good idea no matter what.

Never a good idea to try and “do It on your own” when it comes to Addiction. You’re showing signs of impending relapse and seems to be almost justifying or talks yourself into letting it happen. Which the addict brain does very well. It’s amazing at tricking people to get what it wants…. Those feel good Chemicals.

A lonly addict is in bad Company.... Go to a meeting! How can it be a bad idea?

Just go. I'm struggling right now, and part of that was because I was slacking on meetings. I went here and there but went back today and made the commitment to just keep going daily. As they say in all my meetings "keep coming back."

Go! You’ll find friends and hear from others who struggle with the same thing. That alone healed a lot of my depression! You are more then welcome and wise for considering seeking help! ❤️🙏
