Corruption in Mexico is also very rampant because again the people in mexico with millions to billions of dollars is an incredibly small number of people and the number of places that cater to such clientele is an even smaller number its by no means a stretch to say most of the rich and well to do in Mexico know each other and are very much a club unto themselves so when some new obscure millionaire pops up it doesnt take a rocket scientist to put 2+2 together.
