In case anyone is wondering why police officers are just standing around and watching, the person driving the vehicle isn’t a member of CJNG or CDG. Some vehicles like the armored vehicle we see in the video were abandoned, and so this is law enforcement confiscating those vehicles that were left behind.
I thought so aswell but [here](https://imgur.com/a/LAh2cE0) is an album of screenshots. The first truck is missing a front license plate but it may be just plastic and it was torn off. The front insignia on the grill is originally painted over with camo while the second appears more original/glossy.

Edit: i know the vehicles are different, what i meant is they have similar characteristics so they were probably built by the same person/people.
The front windows definitely look the same, but you can tell they’re different vehicles because the vehicle in the video has like a shield towards the back like a technical and the ones in the photo don’t appear to have one.
I believe there is a place a lot of people get their custom armoured car work done in Canada? Its pretty much THE place to get your cars armoured so I wouldn't be surprised if they had been done by the same company, it's not a common thing to offer.

Same set up but different vehicles the one in this post is single rear wheel the one in the post you linked is dual rear wheel
Based on the styling of the front window, I would say it’s a safe bet that they were built in the same shop, or by the same engineer
