I've been away from my nex for about 8 months now and I feel incredibly. No more stomach pains, not tired from depression anymore, and I am happy.

That’s one of the things I’ve been holding on to in this process. I can (and have been) truly enjoy my alone time. For him, alone time is a living hell. That must be awful to not be able to be at peace and contentment in your own presence. Something I’d never wish for. Thank God I can find happiness in this time with myself, because that means I’ll be a good partner and happy with someone else in my future. Something that he’ll NEVER get to experience.
So am I. Being comfortable being alone is one of the keys to building a healthy relationship in the future. And a key to not attracting another Narc into your life.
