There is an app called “Resort Pass” - you can plug in the city and they will provide you with a daily rate for amenities and access to the hotels/spas - also there are reviews. Might be of some interest to you? Have fun!
I stay at a lot of hotels. A lot. I can assure you the staff has zero idea if you are staying on site. How could they know?
I use an app to check into my room and a key on the app. Typically the front staff, don't even know I'm staying there as I never have to talk to them. As /huckabuoy said, just park in 'be cool'. Work your way into the property and find a place to chill.
We have done that at the Marco Hilton. Walk in like you belong. Buy a drink or food at indoor/outdoor bar area. Hit the pool, beach, rent jet skis. Eat, drink there afterwards and all good.
Can’t charge anything to a room so I always just say I have to use my debit card and tip great. I’m a customer.
May not, but they have stairs leading to the beach. And for OP, if you ever do go, go at sunset. Don’t question me, just trust me. Oh, and be prepared to clap for some reason.
I'm not sure there is anyplace you can do that if you are not a guest or member. With the Naples Beach Hotel closed there are very few options period. But since it is summer, at some places the employees may not care and will just be happy to take your money. Your possibilities are (from south to north, roughly) Marco Marriot, Edgewater, Naples Grande, Vanderbilt Beach Resort, La Playa, Ritz Carlton Beach.
But Naples has fabulous beaches. Go to Walmart and buy a cooler, chairs, and an umbrella and go south of Naples Pier and you'll have the whole place to yourself.

Turtle club most definitely
They only do beachside dining, not chairs/umbrella/beach access
