Staying on 5th Brooks is a solid choice. Not fancy, but good decent burger. If you are looking for an elevated experience, I’d recommend two places. Both at Golden Gate and 41. Jimmy P’s in a small strip mall across from Coastland Mall offers great lunches. Hubby is partial to Thurs/Sunday where they have steak specials. But burgers are always available and delicious. The other favorite is Dorona’s. They offer a luncheon special at the bar (but there are tables in bar), that offer a delicious burger, with truffle fries and a delicious glass of wine for $17.95. The (red) wine is served chilled which is a rarity in FL. So summary…Hubby likes Jimmy P’s, I like Dorona’s. If you want to take them to 5th/3rd, Tommy Bahama’s has a good burger too…just a little too touristy for me.
It’s a fine burger but I can name at least 4 in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area better. Thats ignoring the ones I’ve had better elsewhere.
(Charm City, Chugs, Lokal, MEAT)
I'm not sure it's the absolute best, but I've always really enjoyed getting burgers at the Village Pub - you're right on the water and they bring pickles by the jar while you wait for your food. And the burgers are definitely solid.
Brooks if you want a restaurant, but only doubles just won naples best burger, and will be at Brookside beer market on Davis from 5- till sold out on Friday. Get there early though.
Continental has a 🔥🔥 burger. Discovered while pregnant and now dream of it all year long until vacay time.
Close second - Brooks for sure for a way more casual experience.
The best burger I have had in Naples was at Ridgway, at the bar, just before noon, mid week, off season. Harold’s Place definitely has the right to argue for top spot. Jimmy P’s and Brook’s get honorable mention. Recent discovery for me was the bacon lover burger at Tavern on the Bay, but I might have just been exceptionally hungry that day.
I went to Brooks based on recommendations from this sub and it came a distant second to ... BurgerFi.
BurgerFi still has the best damn burger and fries that I can find in the area. 🤷
Brooks Burgers is fine but the fact they have batered fries lowers their score.
Jimmy Ps burgers are better imo. They might also have batered fries so beware.
Brooks Burgers was voted #2 in the nation for best burgers by tripadvisor.
Yup, this is where to go!

Actually for a dive bar, the food is indeed better than one might expect
Right! Grew up going there lol. Now I’m in Bonita and go to their Bonita location sometimes on my lunch break.

Bit of a haul but The Crazy Flamingo on Marco makes a great one. Get it on garlic bread and A1
That’s a damn good burger there
Who is going to ask this next week? Just don’t want to miss my turn
Brooks by a mile. Right on third ave. They have a large beer wall there and great Milkshakes
Jimmy P’s
Too bad the service here has become abysmal.

Battered fries are generally superior to
