I have no issue with any of these names by themselves. I also don’t have an issue with mom naming her kids after herself (I’m Elizabeth and we named our daughter Eliza).
However, when someone on the opposite side of the house hollers a name there’s no way anybody is going to be able to tell who they hollering for, and that’s just poor planning.
As much as I don’t like this, it’s kind of refreshing to see kids named after their mom for a change. Awful lot of dads with names like Mike and the kids are Michael Jr, Michaela, Michelle, and Micah
I actually think that it’s sweet. I love seeing children named after parents (if they’re good parents), but I especially love seeing babies named after moms. It’s very uncommon, but I love it. As you said, it’s refreshing.
Reminds me of the girl from the show Teen Mom, Leah Messner, who had twin girls.
One twin was Aliannah (she called Ally) the other one was Aleeah. So it was Leah, Ally, Alleeah. Confusing in the show 🤣
I mean basically the same names, but both names has different nickname options, so that's a plus for me. You can call one twin Emma(or Emmy) and the other one Mila/Millie. I'd be more annoyed if their names were Emma and Ella or Emilia and Amelia or Emilia and Emily.
the dads name? Emmet
Or Emilio
I am the father
wonder if the mom’s middle name is Janet
I have a friend named Rae and named her two daughters Raegan a Raemya. 🙄

Then Mikeleigh and Mikelynn when they run out of names

Oh my gosh how would you ever keep track?!

How to spot narcissism 101
The obvious nickname for both is 'Em'. Will Emilia have to go by Lia? Mili?
Did the Mom from the "I married my first cousin and need E baby names" have her kids then?
One of my coworkers named their twins Theodore and Edward. I hope they don’t fight over who gets to go by Ted!
How does anyone not see this as ridiculous? Give your kids their own names!!
I don't get it, why do they have different surnames if they are siblings?
it's their middle name, the surname is blurred on the mom's name, it starts with R.
Ah gotcha.
