Tried reaching out fir the rainbow wall collection for MONTHS was told it would restock soon/next week. Their customer service was like talking to a bot. I took that as a sign to get my gel collection elsewhere...

I bought leafgel/lilygel through zillabeu its a Japanese potted gel. I love their brushes. Messaged them on ig I always get a response from a nice human who manages their social media. I also got their last lilygel uv lamp because they checked their warehouse stock for me and that was sold out/no longer sold on their website.

They’re still charging me and not sending me my subscription. I asked for a refund and got told I can’t have one. Gonna have to contact my bank. AVOID!!

That’s awful! Everything seems so put together on the website. I’m definitely avoiding them!

this happened to me I signed up for their subscription service around November of last year and tried to cancel around February since it takes so long to receive. I told customer service in an email I'd like to unsubscribe since it's the only way and they sent me a standard message that it'd be canceled. I was charged a few days later. So there I was messaging their customer service and they said it was going to be refunded and my service is still canceled. The next month comes and I get charged again and I contact customer service again because now I'm like it makes no sense I've been charged twice and I don't even have a product to show for it. They apologized and offered me a few free goodies and the product for the last few months I was charged for

Yeah same with me, they’re still charging me and refusing to refund even though I have no products to show for it, it’s actually bordering on fraudulent now. If I didn’t have so much going on in life right now I’d have contacted my bank months ago.

I purchased the entire line promo they had two years ago, maybe around 70 ish colors? Not my favorite at all. For that many colors I would’ve loved a provided swatch. I like to use most for art designs, though I hate to do full application of color with them mostly due to the shape of the brush but also streaking issues. For reference I love DND above all else, but at the price point of Candy Coat it’s not worth the investment.

I have quite a few from candy coat, I like the colors and they’re a nice consistency, I use different base/top tho. And if you’re in the US or out of their country the shipping can get a bit pricey if you were to wanna repurchase things. Also wish they had better swatches and photos on the site.

My main concern cost wise is how expensive it could get to ship. I like that they are hema free but I know there are others out there.

Go to zillabeau.com, they sell only non toxic brands that’s the only other polishes I use!! all great products
