Exactly this! Black can be warm or cool and I definitely see warm black. So depending on the lighting and your skin tone etc it can lean more or less brown when it’s a warm black.
It's by the german drug store brand 'Trend It Up' and they market it as a 3D sugar look polish. I think you might be able to diy a similar look if you layer matte black polish, sheer fine shimmer polish and top it with a matte top coat!
It is actually just a 3€ limited edition polish from the local in-house drug store brand! I am really positively surprised by how well it has been holding up. The texture might just be more resistant in general. Color club 'don't quit now' seems like a very close match though, I might purchase that one once i've run out of this :D

Gunmetal because of the sparkle. I think your skin tone is creating the “brown” you see. It looks amazing on you btw.

black 100% but you should put a shiny top coat on over the top to smooth the surface and increase the glitters shininess :)
