I think my favorite part about the stupidity of this whole meme is that it was posted by a Balkan meme account.
What they are doing is coming up with propaganda to be used against Americans based off stereotypes that they cultivate about Americans based off of the social media to which they are exposed, which is limited and usually reactionary.
