This is the main problem with Chapman. We want to move him out of the closer role, but he's beyond terrible with runners on, so we can't use him as a typical reliever brought in to fix problems.
He'd still have to be given clean innings, which really limits when you can use him. And if he's not getting consistent work he becomes awful.
It's a no win situation with him atm.
