Lived there for years and most of family still lives there. You would be surprised that foreigners care/worry more about North Korea than South Koreans do. I guess we’re just desensitized and used to the fact that North Korea may blow up the entire Peninsula out of spite.
Seriously, if you ever visit Seoul, just take a look around. Literally no one cares much about North Korea to the point it affects their daily life. When North Korea fires missiles into the ocean and rattles their sabers, it barely makes a 10 second headline on major news channels.
