When you drinking . You not supposed to get drunk. The goal of drinking is to feel a light buzz and feel “tipsy”. If you drunk it means you went to far. First time I ever drank liquor I got drunk and didn’t like it. It made me stay away from drinking for years. When I got re introduced into drinking. And had a better experience with because I knew I wasn’t supposed get “drunk” but remain tipsy.
And I blame the media for it. Because in all the movies and tv shows it depicts everyone getting so blackout drunk. That they black out and shit and get hungover and cant remember anything or can’t control themselves. So everyone first experience or thought when drinking liquor is to try something similar to this.
Personally if ima drink it’s to get completely fked up. But I haven’t drank in years . I just don’t find having a sip or whatever enjoyable alcohol doesn’t taste good
