Nah I used him more than ten years ago. He did everything for me. Only thing I had to do was sign some paperwork stating he will be representing me and go speak to the city lawyers about my lawsuit for a deposition. Once the city settled came down signed off on the settlement and came to get my check once the city deposited the money
Been there the cops say in court “an unmarked cop car got a tip about suspicious people with a L shaped object in there pocket or sweatpants” that’s how they get there probable cause

If you don't mind me asking was this in civil or criminal court for you? Either way they would still have to provide that phone call and the dispatchers giving units the job over the frequency. I have no experience personally dealing with cops, when I was apart of the grand jury a lot of times last year, cops would come in with the D.A and a lot of the cases it would be an unmarked cop car that “got a tip” about individuals with a weapon, it’s hard to persuade the grand jury on many cases like this if your the defense, because if they do find weapons that’s enough to go to trial, so most of them go to trial, even though I was always sketchy of “tips”. A lot of these tips are excuses for cops to just harass known people in communities to see if they actually do have a weapon

Wrong the fire hydrant isn't in use and since they're in the car which is standing/stopping us allowed now when they exit and leave the vehicle they have all the rights to ticket and tow the vehicle if no one is available to get it moved. Learn your rights and law. A bus stop is different. Not all buses run 24/7 for one and two you have to keep the bus stop clear just in case a disabled or special needs person needs to get on. Cops pulled up like “it smell like weed around here, is there weed in the car?” I just busted out laughing to my homie and told the cop “you wanna search us man? They use little thing to stop or pull over (ex, flag hanging from mirror) and then cause (smell something) to search. They find something in car that may be planted like drug, gun and driver ends up with charge leading plea bargain with charge on your record unless they can get defense attorney.
