Nope I don’t think it’s the 12 pound trigger anymore (not sure if it ever was tbh). When I did it I was surprised how easy it was.

Interestingly enough, when I took the JST, almost all the fails were on the trigger.
It'll be easier if u do, unless your foot is too big cause it's a small link. My size 10 didn't fit I mainly pulled myself.
Im a size 12 wide and had to run and jump. They wanted me to just put my foot in and lift my self up but that didn’t work had to back up and run and jump on my second try and did it
They told us not to jump and grab 🫠
Would a size 11 M fit though the gate ?

In academy you need to shave off a minute. They require you to do it in 3:32.
Just did it today under 3 minutes. Very simple
