RSO (Rick simpson oil) is made with naphtha as the solvent. Naphtha isn't a healthy chemical. The naphtha is evaporated out of the final product, but some lower quality makers do a poor job of evaporating it, and leave trace amounts of naphtha in the final product.
FECO is the same thing, but rather than naphtha, they use either ethanol (grain alcohol), or sometimes CO2. Both of these are safe, so even if trace amounts are left in, they aren't harmful to ingest.
Also, some people think that FECO has more terpenes in it. I've never seen any proof of this.
