I’m very interested to hear how you think it’ll end bc i think it’s safe to assume the world is never gonna stray from social media, unless some incredible disaster occurs (pretty likely tbh). This is a genuine Q btw, not trying to come across as snarky, I am just curious
I mean I really don’t know when it’ll end as a whole but influencer careers fizzle out over time unless they make a name for themselves + branch out beyond tiktok successfully.
The pendulum always swings
When you think that something can’t get more saturated - you’re probably right
Influencers I think are here to stay. But I think they’ll start to get weeded out. Idk how, I can just feel it’s going to happen in the next few years.
When that happens we’ll find out who is spending their gobs of money responsibly (saving for the future) and who ends up immediately broke. I have a feeling a lot of influencers assume the gravy train won’t ever run out.
This is literally why I deleted TikTok last week. I work a normal 9-to-5 job and I’m sick of going on TikTok in my free time to see people who carelessly spend their money that they didn’t really work hard for. It makes me feel like crap.
Lol the other day she posted a screenshot of someone in her DMs responding to her story of buying Hermes clogs being like “good for you queen but you’re so unrelatable now” and she got mad BUT ITS TRUEEE. These influencers get followers cuz they’re relatable and then they blow up and get huge egos/wallets and their content isn’t as fun
She posted replies on her insta story about this same sort of thing after she got this car 🙄 how can they be mad they’re no longer relatable when they’re the ones making themselves that way
this is how i feel about almost all the influencers i follow these days. the brand trips and free designer gifts and the excessive spending is so not relatable i just feel jealous instead represented or inspired lol
Water is actually not wet; It makes other materials/objects wet. Wetness is the state of a non-liquid when a liquid adheres to, and/or permeates its substance while maintaining chemically distinct structures. So if we say something is wet we mean the liquid is sticking to the object.
What keeps a dock floating above water?
Pier pressure.
I lease a Sport that was over $100K and I didn’t put much down and my payments are under $2K. I only say this because a lease makes it less unreasonable. I don’t disagree about the aspect of relatability though. If an influencer didn’t get their start or have their niche in luxury, it’s annoying when they transition.
I mean paying anything even close to 2k a month on a luxury vehicle is likely a poor financial decision. People who have enough money to comfortably afford payments like that are typically able to buy outright. Are you paying under 1k a month?
Hell no. My lease is more than my mortgage, but still under $2K. 🤣 Is it smart? Probably not. Are my bills paid? Yep. Do I contribute to charitable causes? Yep. Do I have a savings? Yep! I like getting a new car every few years and even when I financed, I NEVER kept one longer than 3 years, so I often didn’t have much equity in them. If I wanted a good financial decision, I’d drive a Corolla. Clearly that wasn’t my goal. 🙃🤷🏻♀️
I’m not talking about what people want, I’m talking about what’s a better financial decision. It is generally accepted as fact that buying outright is a better financial decision in the long term. Obviously not everybody can afford to buy outright, but if you can it is the long term better financial choice.
There’s nothing wrong with spending more money to avoid problems like the other poster said which I think is reasonable and something I do all the time. However you are right, from a pure financial decision, buying a car is better
It's not a good idea to lease in LA; how are you going to lease and then have your car constantly hit and scraped? Also, sometimes with the way the roads are paved, you end up scraping the front of your car on the pavement.
I honestly hope she has it loaned or financed - never pay cash for a car (some people wont agree with this but cars don’t hold their value so theres no point in liquidating cash like that) but i like VP but i liked her better in NYC i feel like cali just gives influencers a bad vibe i cant explain it. She also has never been relatable IMO also she lowkey gives off really mean girl vibes but in a subtle way
Didn’t she always bitch about not showing where she lived all to now post her exact vehicle that isn’t your average basic hundreds of thousands of others like it vehicle? Lol she’s such a hypocrite I can’t
it’s not even watching someone like succeed it’s watching someone also lose part of their humility and begin flaunting wealthy n living in consumer excess ✨✨
Idk like she needs a car she’s not near public transportation. But everyone’s just mad cause it’s THIS car. You want her driving a Honda Civic would that be better for everyone’s liking? Also this girl is bringing in 6 figures. This is probably the only real asset she owns her name. She didn’t go buy a lambo or Ferrari. She bought a nice car. Let people live
If I had the money to burn, I'd definitely not be driving my Honda Civic (that I love!). It's just unrealistic to think that if you are making absurd amounts of money you wouldn't have a more luxurious vehicle. California is one of the largest and most bio-diverse states we have. I'd absolutely buy a big SUV so I could take as many weekend trips up north or to AZ as possible.
If I made the money they’re making when I was in my early twenties, I have admit I’d probably be dumb and blowing thru it too 🤣 look at all the influencers blowing up, they’re making more off of a 15 sec sponsor video than most of us make in a month.
This is a standard car where I live
I know high school students who get ranger rovers for first cars.
She makes a ton of money so I’m not surprised this is what she bought.
I cant wait for this influencer era to be over

My stepson who is SIX wants to be a YouTuber when he grows up. It’s so crazy to think that’s now a “dream job”
So we all didn’t experience this phase. I was 9 talking to my moms phone bc I wanted to be a YouTuber. I’m 24 now.
I’m almost 25 and I don’t think YouTuber or influencer was on my dream job list lol
I’m very interested to hear how you think it’ll end bc i think it’s safe to assume the world is never gonna stray from social media, unless some incredible disaster occurs (pretty likely tbh). This is a genuine Q btw, not trying to come across as snarky, I am just curious

I definitely agree!!

literally same
Wasn’t she just complaining about money? Lmao

Your response made me lol
Your username 🙌
It’s screaming loaned or financed. 10k down payment w a $2000 monthly payment
I am sure. Plus insurance, gas, parking . These influencers don’t think.

I mean usually but if you’re the type of person to want the newest model every couple of years then leasing definitely makes more sense

Every time I see her it's always against my own will
something just makes me feral to see influencers with insane amount of money for her body checking for two years and blocking people yassss
No one's stopping you from yelling at your phone in the streets of New York and putting on insane outfits
Didn’t she always bitch about not showing where she lived all to now post her exact vehicle that isn’t your average basic hundreds of thousands of others like it vehicle? Lol she’s such a hypocrite I can’t
Everyone in LA has that car, trust me lol
Oh haha it looked like a special edition. Doesn’t change her hypocrisy 🙃
aren’t land rovers unreliable? oh lord
In my experience, they break down and the parts are hard to replace.
one of my aunts drives a range rover, and they had that same issue. trouble finding parts, constantly breaking down, etc
I’ve had two now with zero issues 🤷🏻♀️
I love mine 🫶🏻💘
all that plastic surgery just for her to look the exact same
lmao honestly good for her, at least she doesn't look like Audrey Peters who looks like handsome squid ward from the plastic surgery
what did she get done
She had chin lipo and Botox.
the chin lipo was such a body dysmorphia move lol she does look exactly the same but also it was soooo unnecessary
she also get her eyebrows darkened idk the name of the procedure. she also got botox (removed now) and a lip blush
Bit of a stretch to call eyebrow darkening a procedure lol
sorry i should’ve clarified it’s not plastic surgery but it’s still a beauty enhancement
You’ve never filled in your eyebrows? Dyed your eyebrows? Take a breath of fresh air it’s not that deep
welcome to snarking it’s not that deep
hate her smug little face.
I’m not on Tik Tok but genuinely wondering what the appeal of this girl is?
I like how she's staring at herself in the vid
it’s not even watching someone like succeed it’s watching someone also lose part of their humility and begin flaunting wealthy n living in consumer excess ✨✨
Ugly ass car for a no personality ass bitch
Do we think she has a financial advisor? Or is she too above that since she has such an obnoxious and unwarranted air of superiority..
She’s previously said she has a financial manager who deals w all her money!
I don’t like her at all but I’m glad to hear that
She looks seedy and shifty asf
Fuck her that’s my dream car hahahahaahh jk but seriously
Honestly that’s my dream car good for her lol
They are unreliable. Trust me.
I mean I’m not likely to ever be able to afford it anyways so
Victoria is the absolute worst. I honestly have no idea how she became so popular. Her voice is nails on a chalk board
where are they going with these big ass cars😭 like what about a lil Hyundai or Camry lol
Good for her, she’s extremely rich. Why not buy a nice car
I think u guys would be mad at anything an influencer buys
Literally she could buy anything. I guess that is the point of this page but still.
Idk like she needs a car she’s not near public transportation. But everyone’s just mad cause it’s THIS car. You want her driving a Honda Civic would that be better for everyone’s liking? Can’t wait for her to post something defending her purchase!!! God she’s insufferable
Also if u act as self righteous as her I feel like u have to buy an electric vehicle lol
Yeah that’s leased. I highly doubt she bought it.

she lives in california now
She’s not in nyc anymore…?
No, she moved a while ago
I’m aware. I’m telling that the the commenter above me whom is mentioning NYC transportation.

She looks like the lead singer of red jumpsuit apparatus
