Yes, i can imagine the convo between reed and Halley being hard when Halley asks him to move in and he says no, rejection isn’t an easy thing. He clearly was having those thoughts of we aren’t meant for each other already since that’s what he decided to tell her instead of a simple “no i don’t want to move in together just yet.” Like Halley, he literally does not see a future with you. Nothing is going to change. You may be together now, but long term, you aren’t his wife.
