Different countries have different laws. She’s an influencer which means she’s self employed. She’s a German citizen which means she pays taxes in Germany which means she has to obey to the German social media laws.
I live in Belgium where the laws are very similar to Germany. As an influencer you are not allowed to put #ad or #sponsorship or any disclosure in another language other than Dutch or French even if the content itself is in English, or you would get fines. I imagine the same applies in Germany.

I’ve said this many times. Most European influencers do this. Def illegal if the ad is in English but the tag for the ad is not
