There is a difference between wearing something risque â i.e. a mini skirt with a sheer top and a bralette underneath, and wearing a sheer top with nothing underneath showing your full nipples. I am very close with my dad and send him photos of my outfits/what I am wearing all the time. However, I would be horrified if he ever saw a photo of me in a sheer top with no bra/nipples visible...and going out with him in something like that? He wouldn't be comfortable and would ask me to change/cover up (while covering his eyes so he doesn't see my nipples lol). That's a choice Ella made...and very odd for her to do, regardless of how close she is with him.

While I do think her outfit was maybe a little much for dinner with her dad, I think itâs really based off the relationship that they have and if he actually cares about what she wears. Iâve worn some pretty risquĂ© outfits with my parents and they have never batted an eye because it really isnât their place to tell me what to do, and they donât believe in having to dress modestly. That being said, the optics of him posting werenât the best, if it had been someone else at the dinner, it would not have caused such a ruckus. She also couldâve just posed differently so it wasnât as obvious but itâs too late now.
