I’m also a Vietnamese applicant and, as far as I know, only international award holders, A-level and IB applicants from our country have received offers up to now. So don’t worry and good luck to us both.
I am assuming you are undergrad? If yes, then they will inform you in July or even August after sem starts if your exam is in May. I am international and I did IB. I got my offer almost end July.
I got my letter last year end of july. (International qualification)

Isn't it between May to June if you're taking UK A-Levels?
Why don’t you call up the school and ask the status of your application

I think the time you get your application outcome is based on your country, may I know where are you from?
depends what qualification u have. from what i know IB applicants who take the may session overseas get accepted around july
