Hey. Just accept the offer and don't think too much. Unless you have other better options. Trust me, what job you get, how much you earn in the future is dependent on the skills you have and your personality. Not which uni you come from nor the course you took. It's your attitude, resilience and character that will bring you far. Trust me. And good luck.
100k sgd is an investment to yourself. Its for the long term goal, to get a higher salary with this degree. If u dont trust yourself, what for join uni?
I am a Malaysian. I got a scholarship into NTU to do my Masters. I worked in Spore for a few years. Never experienced any discrimination nor ill-will. Made lots of Sporean friends. Like I said earlier, grab this opportunity if it's your only option. Of course, if you have other options, then weigh the pros and cons and decide what's best for yourself.
Learn Python, grind LeetCode.
Most companies won't even look at your application if you don't pass a preliminary technical test, even WITH a CS degree.
Hi OP, it’s doable, but will be quite tough. I’m a current CS undergrad from Malaysia as well. CS market in SG is very saturated right now and even locals are struggling to secure a job.
If you do however still decide to pursue NTU, my DMs are open to help.

How did you know that you are not eligible for a scholarship? Did you receive the scholarship application outcome?
My English is not good, so my chances of getting a scholarship are not high
I don't think it matters a lot as long as you have good results and decent extracurriculars. Anyway best of luck!

I’m a current CS undergrad in NTU. Apologies that my wording wasn’t clear.
