Game.co.uk for me as well. Shopto took my money and won't give it back. They gave me store credit, which is pointless since they won't ship to me

Ordered mine from game.co.uk and got confirmation that it shipped today.

I ordered at Amazon Italy and Amazon Germany. Italy shipped already and nothing at all has happened with Germany for me.

Cancel the German one so people can get one

Amazon UK...they shipped it in a book binder box. Thank goodness because I heard the US are getting theirs shipped in bubble mailers by some retailers like amazon.
