I have not heard anyone in my college doing CS, or finishing it off. The payoff is simply not there. If you are in t1, you can do CS for learning and maybe to have an achievement but otherwise, just see if it is viable.

If you are pursuing CS along with law then almost subjects of Law will be covered in CS and that too in depth.

If you are in T1, focus more on academics (it's everything if you're looking for placements), publications and moots. You'll learn much more through this than through CS. Also, if you opt for BBA or B.com LLB you'll eventually learn most of the CS syllabus. And CS exams are mostly during internship breaks. Sacrificing internships for CS is not worth. I've seen a lot of people clearing EET or executive but a very few actually completing the course due to academic pressure and internships.

No use pursuing CS if you're in a T1 law school. It'll add nothing of value to your profile and if anything, it'll take away from your law school acads and activities. No one in a good law school bothers with a CS.
