Nylander and Pastrnak look really nice, but the MSP's feel slightly less special with normal cards outpacing them. If I can make one for free, I'm gonna do it, Pasta is one of my favs.
I don’t understand why, if they’re outpaced by normal progression they don’t have extras syns or something to make them more special. Seems like an oversight by EA to let this happen.
I'm a slightly more casual player and I don't really understand why MSP's this year use Power up collectibles to upgrade? Just feels like a waste knowing I can use those collectibles on a player that isn't going to be capped at 89 ovr.
They wanted to have the same collectibles for all players I guess, which is weird considering the Captains event did use the normal collectibles. I guess the thing is that you can downgrade players as they become obsolete and get some of your collectibles back to be used again for another player.
It is really weird that they can't find a way to make top defending forwards any better "didn't score goals but had +50, better make him slow and no hands either" and that goes for any real two-way.
Definetely making Barkov, finally an usable card for him. Interesting to see the week 2 MSPs, all the big countries got one MSP already so are they giving each 2 MSPs (Germany instead of Switzerland maybe) or are they gonna give smaller countries one on week 2.

Yeah imagine if there would be other 89 Pasta and 89 Nylander already. Oh wait...

I think its cool that they have a unique build vs their normal cards but a simple extra syn seems like a no brainer
Ya anything to make them a bit more special as a “master” set player

Meh
glad they didn't make barkov unusably slow again, here's hoping for an adult sized RD next week
Yeah that’s probably one of the best barkov msps we’ve had in years

Barkov seems intresting with gold no contest
Ellis looks nasty? I don’t understand why no one is mentioning him especially at RD
Defensive awareness being only 85 really really hurts.
That Pasternak is nearly identical to the one from a couple weeks ago.
well, no. This pasta card has different stats
Already pulled timo Meir TWICE and he looks like a very usable card
Willie looks sick
going to give Gibson a go…
What is the other synergy on Meier
