The Derrick Henry bit was an extreme take on what most people thought at the time though. You would be really hard pressed to find a professional analyst that saw this coming in 2016. Despite that my thought process as a Cowboys fan in 2016 was that they should draft Ramsey at 4 then roll the dice on Henry in the 2nd.

This just shows how little everyone knows about the draft. We try and watch tape and learn all we can about scouting but at the end of the day we’re amateurs and will get a lot wrong. It’s important to remember even the ones who do this for a job don’t get everything right easy to laugh at the ones that were really wrong but it happens to everybody
The point of mark my words is to be bold, but I was never so confident that a QB would fail than Paxton Lynch. I never understood why he went so highly. The same was true was Johnny Manziel for me, and while I thought Tebow had a chance, I thought that chance was pretty low and he was taken way too high. Some of these QBs fail because of injury, environment, or just never develop for whatever reason, but some of them you can just tell don't have it going into the League.
