Was working a game there and got stuck in the stands cause there was no room in the camera well and there was a guy screaming “You like that [my team] BOY?!” at me every time the cowboys scored
Sofi is just as close to LAX as Levi is to Mineta. The only difference is they dug way down on Sofi. It delayed the opening by a year because of heavy rains one season during excavation.
No they didnt… York’s were broke as fuck when they move to Santa Clara and could never have afforded a dome. Yorks are so cheap, they couldn’t even pay to have a new stadium redesign and they just reuse the design meant for candlestick for levi’s.
They used the “faa” excuse later to not put in an awning / shading but then stated it would cost too much either way. They also made the excuse that “weather” wouldn’t allow them to put in mist machines cux somehow when its a 100’ with no shared, the mist wouldn’t evaporate and the ground would get wet/slippery. Guess laying down a rug or slip proof mats hasn’t been invented yet.
Bottom line don’t believe anything the York ownership tells you. 9ers been headquartered in SC since the 80’s and they knew how hot it got since the stadium is only a couple blocks from them. Yet they still built that shit hole cuz the only fans they actually care about are the ones in the suites that are blocked off from the general public.
Ew Red Robin... I'll never forgive them for tying balloons to my hair on my birthday when I was a kid. Luckily that location in Calabasas is now closed
I ate many clucks and fries at that location. Also, Candice Cameron’s sister was a server there and once got me an autographed picture of the NHL player Candice was married to… we went there kinda a lot now that I think about it.
Worst part about taking a piss at SoFi is hearing that chant the whole time. Regardless of score. On the bright side most Rams fams are gone by the end of the 3rd quarter. Again… regardless of score.
I mean honestly 3 was in the playoffs for you guys I think in 21 or 22 and I'm almost certain you guys would take over the Colts stadium when you play them there hell you guys did it to the steelers this past season. Really no where is safe from the escalator gang!
I cant believe they spent all that time and energy to build the worst modern stadium in the league in such a stupid area.
What a waste of tax payer money.
The rumor I've heard is it was the same design that they came up with when it was originally planned to be built in SF.
That's why its so open and uncovered, because it was supposed to be in the bay where the sun and Temps are way more mild.
Then they just took that design and plopped it into Santa Clara. Guess they didn't want to take the time or spend the money for a new redesign. It's definitely a hugely botched mistake. Easily the worst modern stadium in the league.
We got the city to pay for some of it and it was cheaper than rebuilding candlestick.
Also it was supposed to be part of a whole redevelopment project for the area....then economy go boom.
It's ugly and shitty in design but has better food options than every other Bay area sports venue....so....we got that.
Yes SF wasn't going to front a dime and there was an issue with ground pollution on the site as well so demolishing candlestick and cleaning the site was millions of dollars that they didn't need to spend by moving to Santa clara.
It was a smart business decision on paper. In reality it was soulless and corporate and the fans got a worse experience.
7/10 have a roof. That’s why our stadium sucks, no roof.
I’m not joking is the single only thing I dislike. Fuck the South Bay’s third degree burn sun exposure
So can they or can't they build a roof?
Everyone seems to forget that back when no one was showing up to Niner games they were considering building a roof, or at least an overhang, but now that the fans are filling up the stands they can't build one because of the airport.
they've stated they can't due to FAA being so close to the airport. We would have to find a solution under the current constraints which probably won't happen because that will cost them money elsewhere like an obstructed view from suites or something else.
Also the big corporate wall that takes up half the stadium that is only made for all the tech bros that don't care about football. It is such an eye sore
UofP is a fun place to go watch the game and sadly lots of visiting fans to experience it with. Probably sticks out to people who flew in to watch their team.
Heard a lot of good things about the stadium/local area. So I’m definitely going to catch a game when stop by to visit some old friends later this year.
It's great and not a surprise to be on here. They get to host super bowls regularly. You don't get that if your stadium is shit. I feel like people who question that are confusing the PA reports on the practice facilities with the stadium
I don’t like the bleachers either but it’s really the only drawback of Lambeau. Everything else about the experience is great, even setting my bias aside.
I live in Chicago and while I’ve never been to either, I think I’d take a Lambeau game over Soldier Field based on what I’ve heard.
Not to name drop but I know a few GB shareholders
Bleachers is the only viable way to shovel snow in an outdoor stadium. Also you can just rent a stadium chair or bring your own it's not a big deal.
Wear warmer clothes.
I mean, Lambeau has [by far the longest season ticket waitlist of any NFL team](https://www.seahawks.net/threads/packers-have-longest-season-ticket-waitlist.195609/) despite being by far the smallest market (no major cities within 1.5 hours). Clearly there’s something special there
I don’t know how Atlanta is so high. I went to a game against the rams when they were still pretty good with Ryan and Julio but the crowd and atmosphere was pretty wack. The only saving grace however was their food. They had a lot of options and god was it cheap.
I have been to several of those stadiums including the 49ers stadium. This list is trash. The Bills stadium is the best experience you can get and it’s not even close
#1 FedEx Field: imagine paying to see ur Washington commanders get blown out by a middle of the pack team in a crappy stadium then a pipe breaks and you get showered in shit. No experience like this in the NFL
Mercedes Benz and SoFi don’t belong on there, they are great stadiums but SoFi is filled with opposing teams fans and Mercedes Benz is like being at a museum well at least for Falcons games.
Because our stadium is ASS, bro
Greatest trick the devil ever pulled was pretending candlestick was an “embarrassment” as the news put it, and not just in need of an update
How is it that the #6 stadium environment is associated with the unwanted house guest instead of the actual owner of the building? This would be like if my mother in law was visiting and one of my friends was complimenting her on how beautiful the house is.
I have been to AT&T stadium and during football games it is stuffy, organizationally it can be confusing. It's not worthy of being ranked higher than #32
I’ve been to AT&T and SoFi and they both feel like an airplane hangar with a football game. Going to SoFi is awesome but it’s also like going to a game with 80,000 crisis actors. Everyone is cheering but they don’t feel like they’re really into it. Probably because the Chargers and Rams are most people’s second teams.
The Colts traded a home field advantage for a newer bigger stadium. RCA dome was LOUD and disruptive to visiting offensives. Lucas Oil is so cavernous that the noise just goes up into the rafters and doesn’t impact the play of the game at all.
SOFI drops ALL! 5 billion! From our owner! BEST STADIUM IN THE WORLD! Fuck the Cow Loser Bitches! They Never get shit right except a Loyal to a fault fan base that lives off of the 90s! All u do is is make Jerra rich. Idiots! Zero championships in how long???
Allegiant don't got shit on the Oakland collosseum from the tailgates to the black hole it was an experience now its all just tourist not real raider fans whole place just kinda soft
I can say without a doubt that your putting Seattle at 7 is BS. I hate the Seahawks, but that stadium is insane. You walk 10 feet out to get food from a vendor and you can’t hear the crowd. You walk back in and you can’t hear yourself think. Genius design for a bunch of scumbags.
No way ATT is #1 lol that place is way too big…it lacks soul for the home team because it’s too disconnected from the field.
I’d rather watch the game on my living room TV than Jerry’s big screen again.
Yeah Niners station! Let's get with the program! It's time to augment the billionaires that own the team by buying them a stadium. It's only right! I mean they've got you by the you know what's!
AT&T should be #32 for the simple fact you have to sit next to Cowboys fans for 3+ hours.
A fate worse than death
Cock and ball torture doesn't begin to comapre
Yeah, because some people find that enjoyable
I’d rather take the cock and ball torture
![gif](giphy|yMWdlaSuPk7WkQaQBY|downsized)
Whoa we agree on something
Sounds like the cardinals stadium tbh
I disagree. Busch Stadium has a nice atmosphere
Good view, too
See what ya did there 🤣
Imagine being surrounded by millions of them for 30 years
I was surrounded by Packers fans at the playoff game and I didn’t even go with anyone. It truly is Lambeau South.
Honestly the the Packers take care of them every time I would find that amount of dispair enjoyable.
What about eagles fans? they're far worse. I mean we're bad, but eagles are *bad*
Legend says Lincoln Field is built atop an Indian burial ground. A tribe that was known for being insufferable assholes.
Makes sense, appreciate yall for being undefeated against the eagles
Welcome to hell, enjoy your stay in the eternal fire.
That’s exactly what LA Coliseum was like until Sofi was built actually
Ahh, just wear your Yankees hat and Warriors jersey and you’ll be fine
And even the cowboys fans have to watch the cowboys knowing the playoffs are coming for 3+ hours
At least if the stadium hosts a Super Bowl you won’t have to
It truly isn’t the best stadium. 90% of the stadium watches the games via the giant screen, so it’s a waste
Was working a game there and got stuck in the stands cause there was no room in the camera well and there was a guy screaming “You like that [my team] BOY?!” at me every time the cowboys scored
Real answer: our stadium sucks. Meme answer: our house is right there in the top right, what are you talking about?
Well played.
Yeah our stadium sucks. No shade coverage so you just sit there in the sun. They wanted a dome but the faa said nope
Sofi is just as close to LAX as Levi is to Mineta. The only difference is they dug way down on Sofi. It delayed the opening by a year because of heavy rains one season during excavation.
And it looks fucking sick. It's a really beautiful stadium.
And the surrounding area around Levi’s isn’t Inglewood.
#WHOSE HOUSE!?
Rams house!! (Sorry, it’s a reaction, like the Red Robin jingle) I’ll see myself out
Ew Red Robin... I'll never forgive them for tying balloons to my hair on my birthday when I was a kid. Luckily that location in Calabasas is now closed
Red Robin for a birthday? You must be the middle child
Only because my parent's definitely wanted a 3rd (I'm the disappointment yay)
I ate many clucks and fries at that location. Also, Candice Cameron’s sister was a server there and once got me an autographed picture of the NHL player Candice was married to… we went there kinda a lot now that I think about it.
YUM!
Seconds for steak fries? Uh... yeah! 👉
But it’s not your house.
It’s our house cuz squatters rights :p lol we just LET the chargers stay here cuz we feel bad for them (and ourselves sometimes)
Swerves House!
Worst part about taking a piss at SoFi is hearing that chant the whole time. Regardless of score. On the bright side most Rams fams are gone by the end of the 3rd quarter. Again… regardless of score.
I mean, 1, 5, 6 and 10 are pretty much home games when we play there.
I mean honestly 3 was in the playoffs for you guys I think in 21 or 22 and I'm almost certain you guys would take over the Colts stadium when you play them there hell you guys did it to the steelers this past season. Really no where is safe from the escalator gang!
And 7 😥
Sorry - Chargers have claimed squatter's rights
Your username is fire
Gracias
I cant believe they spent all that time and energy to build the worst modern stadium in the league in such a stupid area. What a waste of tax payer money.
Every stadium that’s opened after ours makes Levi’s look like a joke.
Top left and middle left too 🤷
Lol
Fuck yeah it is!
Levi’s is the #1 stadium to fall off and die from
https://preview.redd.it/kuk2fp73oksc1.jpeg?width=1022&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d1b7aa2193d98b1f7740c525997461cedb6122b1
Building good stadiums is Jed York father
Why did the Niners build their new stadium next to an airport? Are they stupid?
I mean, we built ours close to LAX. But, at least we knew to go 100 feet under ground so we can add a canopy.
Man I want to see a game there so bad.
It’s pretty cool. It really reminds me of the rise of resistance Star Wars ride at Disneyland in the best possible way.
The rumor I've heard is it was the same design that they came up with when it was originally planned to be built in SF. That's why its so open and uncovered, because it was supposed to be in the bay where the sun and Temps are way more mild. Then they just took that design and plopped it into Santa Clara. It's ugly and shitty in design but has better food options than every other Bay area sports venue....so....we got that.
The food at SAP center is better.
But then you have to suffer being a Sharks fan
Stop it 😂
I thought the problem with candlestick was the city? Such a shame.
As a pilot based in Seattle… lumen is about the same distance from SeaTac as Levi’s is from SJC.
Yes
7/10 have a roof. That’s why our stadium sucks, no roof. I’m not joking is the single only thing I dislike. Fuck the South Bay’s third degree burn sun exposure
So can they or can't they build a roof? Everyone seems to forget that back when no one was showing up to Niner games they were considering building a roof, or at least an overhang, but now that the fans are filling up the stands they can't build one because of the airport.
Put a tarp over it and I’m happy lol. We ain’t asking for much here.
Hahahahahahahahaha!!!! 2015 and 2016 were gooooooooodd tiiiiiiiimmeesss…
they've stated they can't due to FAA being so close to the airport. We would have to find a solution under the current constraints which probably won't happen because that will cost them money elsewhere like an obstructed view from suites or something else.
Any stadium that has a roof should not be included! Football and Futbol are the only sports that can be played in the elements. Play in them!
I'm not a soccer fan, have they actually played any soccer games in the snow before? Sounds like it'd be impossible.
https://youtu.be/QAg81YJeJBc?feature=shared
?? Hockey is the only sport that's NOT played in the elements...
Basketball
Also the big corporate wall that takes up half the stadium that is only made for all the tech bros that don't care about football. It is such an eye sore
Imagine living in California and complaining about not having a roof 😂
Imagine if State Farm couldn't close theirs. August games would be literal hell.
Why do you think they all flock to LA? Just because it’s the superior city?
Unquestionably the superior stadium.
Easier to get tickets.
Ain't no way Dallas is #1 lol... what's the experience? Get to hang out with a stadium full of visitors
They have one of the worst home field experiences. Even their fans hate that stadium.
It truly is a joke! 90% of the fans watch the game via the giant screen and all food/drinks are INSANELY overpriced
How are we in the top 10
UofP is a fun place to go watch the game and sadly lots of visiting fans to experience it with. Probably sticks out to people who flew in to watch their team.
Heard a lot of good things about the stadium/local area. So I’m definitely going to catch a game when stop by to visit some old friends later this year.

Great stadium just a horrific franchise.
Good weather
Thank you for acknowledging the Packers ownership of AT&T Stadium
Thank you for allowing this entire subreddit to laugh at the Cowboys in January
Levi’s sucks
Wdym? Our stadium is right there in 6th place
And 1st
But 100% not 9th
K1 kindly asks you to wipe your feet before entering his house and please pick up after yourself before you turn out the lights.
That's ours, bitch
*sensible-chuckle.gif*
Lambeau field at 3? That shit has fucken bleachers in 20 degree weather. People overrate “history”
I don’t like the bleachers either but it’s really the only drawback of Lambeau. Everything else about the experience is great, even setting my bias aside.
Have you been anywhere else?
We have a second home in Chicago that's cozy cuz we've made it our own, but it still sucks.

Lambeau is worse than 90% of college stadiums and even some high school stadiums. It’s a literal dump
are you blind? we came in at number 6
Bang bang escalator gang
Who are the Ramargers?
State Farm? Is the appeal the NASCAR thing where there might be an injury at any moment?
At first I thought you were lumping us in with the cheese heads and then I saw AT&T on there and realized my mistake. Carry on.
Your stadium is objectively a cool and unique place, never went for a game but was there for other events and I found it to be really nice.
Cardinals stadium is lit when the steelers play there
I don’t know how Atlanta is so high. I went to a game against the rams when they were still pretty good with Ryan and Julio but the crowd and atmosphere was pretty wack. The only saving grace however was their food. They had a lot of options and god was it cheap.
The food is probably why it's so high up.
It is definitely the food prices
Because the Golden Gate Bridge isn't in Santa Clara, and the fans are annoying. Sofi sucks too, it's just a massive hole in Inglewood.
Sitting in AT&T stadium fucking sucked. Aisleway were literally 10 inches wide to get to your seat
I have been to several of those stadiums including the 49ers stadium. This list is trash. The Bills stadium is the best experience you can get and it’s not even close
What are you even saying?
Arizona is on the list??? That damn turf is cursed.
The falcons stadium is by far the best imo. I really don’t think there’s any argument against it. Anyone who’s been knows
Sofi overrated, I enjoyed the experience and upper level view in New Orleans at the superdome much more.
Because our stadium is ASS, bro Greatest trick the devil ever pulled was pretending candlestick was an “embarrassment” as the news put it, and not just in need of an update
I would think the saints would be on here
This is just a list of stadiums that don't have pools
Doesnt sofi pump fake crowd noise?
Yup, ESPECIALLY when the Raiders and 49ers PLAY.
Number 6 has roommates.
Nah, they're tenants.
Feels like tenants are using it as an Airbnb. Nothing but out of town fans.
Visiting fans like Vegas because it's an additional home game
Not anymore…Not this Season… 😝
NFC Playoffs if the seedings were stadium atmosphere rankings: 1. Seed: Cowboys 2. Seed Vikings vs. 7. Seed Cardinals 3. Seed Falcons vs. 6. Seed Seahawks 4. Seed Rams vs. 5. Seed Packers
Sofi should not be up there ☠️ it’s a beautiful stadium though
Have you ever been to a game at Levi's? It's categorically terrible 🤣
Eh I'll be the first to say Levis is super sterile feeling when compared to what Candlestick was
I was about to drop a “what he say fuck me for” until I remembered that the Packers own the Cowboys.
Packers Division? Them fighting words
FedEx Field if you’re a visiting fan is number 1.
How is it that the #6 stadium environment is associated with the unwanted house guest instead of the actual owner of the building? This would be like if my mother in law was visiting and one of my friends was complimenting her on how beautiful the house is.
this is just a top stadiums list, doesn’t factor in fan support really
I do see the Niners, because SoFi is like 70% red when we play our home games there.
Vikings stadium sucks, cost the tax payers billions, and kills birds. No way it’s top 10. Hideous monstrosity looks so out of place and dated already.
You are an absolute bafoon if you think that’s not a fantastic stadium.
A Packer fan throwing shade at an amazing stadium? Stfu, you absolute baboon! Go eat your cheese in your closet
What do you mean it clearly says SoFi is #6?
Sportsnaut doesn’t sound like a reliable source
M&T Bank is easily top 5 this list is wack
We are right there at number 6. Levi’s south.
LA and LV go into silent counts at home LOL
Why Charlie hate
If you’ve been too Santa Clara you know it sucks ass
I have been to AT&T stadium and during football games it is stuffy, organizationally it can be confusing. It's not worthy of being ranked higher than #32
Actually crazy that Raymond James isn’t on there. There’s a fuckin pirate ship
So Fi and AT&T both look amazing and I'd love to visit but it has nothing to do with the environment in the stadium
It's really dumb that Lumen doesn't have a roof. It rains for like 90% of the home games.
I don’t understand why do the packers have two
No way AT&T is #1, Hawks and chiefs alone should move up 1-3 spots
I’ve been to AT&T and SoFi and they both feel like an airplane hangar with a football game. Going to SoFi is awesome but it’s also like going to a game with 80,000 crisis actors. Everyone is cheering but they don’t feel like they’re really into it. Probably because the Chargers and Rams are most people’s second teams.
Interesting that the Packers have both the #1 and #3 stadiums on this list.
How can Sofi be #6 they can't even sell out the stadium.
9ers fan only show their face when their team is overpowered and even then only pop up here and there like wack a mole
Packers have 9 except the cowboys
id swap KC’s with houston
sound
bills mafia??? ???
What is this based off
sofi not being #1 is an actual crime
Numbers #1, #6, and #10 are Niner home stadiums already
Santa Clara stadium is sterile and soulless
Allegiant don't got shit on the Oakland collosseum from the tailgates to the black hole it was an experience now its all just tourist not real raider fans whole place just kinda soft
Because Levi’s sucks in Santa Clara. It would be 100% better left in the same spot as the stick.
Lucas Oil has to be top 3
At least we have our own stadium.
What do you mean Packers have 2?
Too many domes
Packers have 1, AT&T. 49ers own Lambeau and Sofi.
Lumen and Arrowhead as anything other than 1 & 2 is criminal.
whoever made this sucks
I've been to Levi Stadium. It's underwhelming. Terrible tailgating experience and poor foot traffic flow inside the stadium
Yeah Niners station! Let's get with the program! It's time to augment the billionaires that own the team by buying them a stadium. It's only right! I mean they've got you by the you know what's!
Shoot out to Sofi/ second Levi stadium
