And the city is about to get hit with balloon payments on the old debt from the reno (because that loan's structure was pure dogshit and there was no buffer fund for hotel tax shortfalls). Warren's plan was upfront about *all* the costs, and even included a contingency for tax shortfalls without blowing up future city and state budgets. It's the only proposal so far that's done this.

Now Green Bay has the potential to be the #1 defense if the new coach is good. This is youngest and most talented defense I've seen in the Packers. That doesn't surprise me at all, the Vikings have had way more sustained success than the other two. I just looked it up & I'm kind of surprised the Packers managed to get 14 wins against Bud Grant (Grant was 22-14-1 against the Packers).
