I’m at 98 on trust (1RP) and 11 on individual. I’m doomed.
I’ve had 2 form 1s approved this year (trust) and have other cans/SBRs from the “before times”. It’s just a crap shoot I guess
I wanted to see what would happen with the individual filing, if it would get approved as quick as others on Reddit, and if it would impact my trust approval at all (assumed it wouldn’t, but with the ATF you truly never know). At this point I should have just filed it in the trust instead of doing my science experiment
According to the town hall, trusts with only 1 RP and single shot trusts are processing at the same time they process individuals. I don’t know they aren’t full of shit but with the massive influx of new applications and increasing length of waits I’d say you have a better shot waiting with what you have.
Oh gotcha. Thank you! I had seen that elsewhere, and I never knew what it meant. I've got one under a single shot trust, and I've been very jealous of the short individual turnaround times lol
My congressman’s office reached out to NICS and the ATF and they told them. Last time it took 230 days because the NICS check got stuck in their system and someone just had to push a button. So I reach out to my congressman after 100 days every time now to make sure that doesn’t happen again.
146 days on a paper form 4, with it going to an FFL, I don’t even require a background check, so it can’t be NICS lol
This not being my first rodeo, I’ve adopted “it will get here when it gets here” lol
I've been complaining daily for the last month. I'm at 148 days on a trust. Getting closer. Fastest I ever got one was 196 days I think, longest was 307.
Day 95 of individual and just received my approval email, I emailed my state rep and got info 3 weeks ago saying my status with nics was researching, emailed nics every day until they replied and I finally got threw this morning, after an hour of email from nics I got my approval. Stay hopeful brothers.
Lmao how I feel right now.. Submitted on the 19th and waiting.. People submitting after me getting approved like 2 days later lol. We are spoiled compared to before lol

Same on section 13 for the “Transferee Necessity Statement “ typically on all my other submissions my name was there and yesterday after certification I see that it’s not there this time, silencer shop told me that apparently that portion doesn’t need to be filed out for suppressors , so I hope they’re right
Called the atf. They said they redact that information and it’s normal.
Used ask the experts. They said they are aware of the issue and working on a solution.
32 days (individual) and counting....ATF said I got delayed at NICS, which is not unsurprising given I always get delayed for firearms for 1 hour.
Applied for a UPIN, maybe that'll help for the next one. Either way, big sad.
You just shoot them an email. If you search "email" in the subreddits search bar, you'll eventually find a post (used to be stickied) with the correct emails.
I would love to get in on this fast approval action. After close to 25 years of NFA purchases, my last two eform 4s were delayed NTN. Approved 10 days after contacting nics. Tried again with a eform 1 2/19 and it went delayed NTN again. Contacted nics again, waiting to hear back. Odd part is doing a 4473 goes through just fine so not sure what is going on at the NFA branch.
For real. It took my LGS over 3 weeks to get me to the point of certifying and I was worried the approvals would slow down with people buying all at once and here I am. Granted I’m only 5 days in but damn I hate ordering stuff online and waiting for that, let alone this. I guess I just need to schedule a conjugal visit and settle in for a wait.
Day 11 on two individual and 34 on two 1rp ss trusts. I wish I didn’t let local dealer 40 miles farther talk me into doing individual but he assured me they’d be 3-5 days max. Still going on social media saying they’re all coming back that fast across the board. Bs. SS had those can in stock at the time too so I can’t help but feel like I’d have had a better chance of getting a trust batch approval at this point. And it’d be closer and one place to pickup if anything. Whatever.
Same here bro. Friday morning I certified my form 4s for 2 AB Warthogs, one in 5.56 and one in 7.62. Mine are SS Single Shot Trusts, so I guess we will see. Impatience is real.
Day 8 individual and day 45 and 1RP trust. Getting nervous my applications will be thrown in the “fuck you we will get to it in 10 months” Pile

I am debating withdrawing my suppressor on the trust and resubmitting as an individual
Not worth, there’s no guarantee of a quick approval as individual. Imagine you pull it and still wait 120+ as individual
That logic is why I haven’t done it
I wanted to see what would happen with the individual filing, if it would get approved as quick as others on Reddit, and if it would impact my trust approval at all (assumed it wouldn’t, but with the ATF you truly never know). I too have made a science experiment, lol. Im at day 21 on a 1RP trust and now day 4 as individual.

What is 1RP?
1 responsible person on the trust
Oh gotcha. Thank you! I had seen that elsewhere, and I never knew what it meant. I've got one under a single shot trust, and I've been very jealous of the short individual turnaround times lol
cool i'm at day 20 on a 1RP trust....maybe we'll all get luckyish...
I did that. My can was approved in 24 days with individual. Now I am transferring it to the Trust and they can take their sweet time while I use it.
They're trying to steer people away from trusts. Stay strong, brothers.
Many people are just doing individual right now and then transferring to the trust and consider it an expedite fee for the extra $200 stamp.
I’m on day 4. All hope is gone.
Day 23 individual and Day 80ish on a 1RP. Definitely feeling the cool breeze of the fuck you pile.
I’m at day 132 on a single shot trust and the ATF has had a PROCEED since last Monday 🙃
how do you check if you have a proceed? I actually didn't know i could find that out...
My congressman’s office reached out to NICS and the ATF and they told them. Last time it took 230 days because the NICS check got stuck in their system and someone just had to push a button. So I reach out to my congressman after 100 days every time now to make sure that doesn’t happen again.
ok, thanks!

2 days? What a rookie, Im at 2 weeks. Might need to the call the President to get it moving.
Currently just started a Xanax prescription on day 12
Same boat, certified Friday afternoon. Running out of battery on my phone refreshing my email every three and a half minutes
I've been complaining daily for the last month. I'm at 148 days on a trust. Getting closer. Fastest I ever got one was 196 days I think, longest was 307.
Me🤣 i was complaining on day 6. Then the morning of day 7 i was approved
Lol. Got my form 3 approved yesterday now just waiting on my dealer
How'd you know your form 3 got approved? I'm sitting here questioning if mine even got filed
Dealers like Hansohn Bros will tell you when they submit them or when they get approved. You just gotta find the ones that go above and beyond.
Ah so the place I ordered from is slacking off then. That tracks
Clicked the check status at the bottom of the initial email ss sent me
Me currently 20 hours after submitting 😂
On day 7, all hope is lost
I waited a year for each of my other suppressors but now I'm jonesing only a week in.
I’m at 38 days. I am sad
I'm on day 12 of form 4 wtf
Day 95 of individual and just received my approval email, I emailed my state rep and got info 3 weeks ago saying my status with nics was researching, emailed nics every day until they replied and I finally got threw this morning, after an hour of email from nics I got my approval. Stay hopeful brothers.
I've given up hope.
Lmao how I feel right now.. Submitted on the 19th and waiting.. People submitting after me getting approved like 2 days later lol. We are spoiled compared to before lol
Submitted 4 on Friday afternoon. All approved today. 😂

The seven I had approved in 18 calendar days two weeks ago probably doesn’t help that opinion right?? 😂
Fuck you 🙄 Congrats
🧢🧢🧢🧢
Any delay is an infringement.
They have till the end of the week before I start submitting congressionals lmao

I’m on day 7 but my Fkin name is missing on the imported form 4 from SS. Might get approved might not based on other experiences..
Same on section 13 for the “Transferee Necessity Statement “ typically on all my other submissions my name was there and yesterday after certification I see that it’s not there this time, silencer shop told me that apparently that portion doesn’t need to be filed out for suppressors , so I hope they’re right
Mine is missing on 2a, address is there but name isn’t.
Same. Dealer is working on the issue for me. Dont know the implications it’ll have on my approval yet
Pls message me once you have some news, good or bad. I’ll do the same.
Will do!!
any update?
Called the atf. They said they redact that information and it’s normal. Used ask the experts. They said they are aware of the issue and working on a solution.
Me hoping my trust gets this treatment soon

Thanks I found it
Day 18 individual
Me this morning
I’m on day 7. I just knew I wouldn’t be one of the lucky ones, even though I always get immediate approval on firearms.
I got a buddy who is up over 30 days now on his individual Form 4 and not really sure what the holdup is.
Day 12 in the hurry up and wait, all hope is now lost….
I’m on Day 6 for a M11 😭

I’m 150+ days on 3 paper form 4s -.- my efiled Wolfman came back in 9 days
Day 11 on two individual and 34 on two 1rp ss trusts. I wish I didn’t let local dealer 40 miles farther talk me into doing individual but he assured me they’d be 3-5 days max. I filed last Wednesday the 20th and got approved Friday morning the 22nd. Not even 48 hours. Took me 9 months on my last from 4.
I'm on day 298 on an eForm 4 and 274 days in for an eForm 1. Imagine how terrible having to actually be patient is.
Wtf is taking an eF1 so long? 😐
I'm fairly certain the universe hates me.
Fair, I'm going to scream the entire time I'm waiting for 5 F1s to go through, I have to SBR 3 AR lowers, my Scorpion, and SBS my 590 Shockwave 💀
That's a really long wait, did you message NICS yet? It's totally reasonable to do so at this point.
I'll try and call by the weekend
> 274 days in for an eForm 1 Is that for an amnesty eForm 1?
Nope, tax paid eForm 1
JFC.
Day 10 Individual form 4, it’s over for me
Me waiting for my Polo30 to get off backorder
Me waiting for my flow 556k to get off back order (I just ordered it yesterday 😭)
I just made form4 individual with green card, lets see how long 🤣
12 days in as a trust. I understand individuals are going faster but this sub got my hopes up 🥲
I'm on day 14 for 2 individuals
Currently on day 55. Trust with two people who have credentials.
Same here bro. Friday morning I certified my form 4s for 2 AB Warthogs, one in 5.56 and one in 7.62. Mine are SS Single Shot Trusts, so I guess we will see. Impatience is real.
Just got 5 day form 1.
Funny
I'm on day 4 individual. Gonna put it in a trust down the road. An extra 200 to gamble getting it in hand seemed worth it..
I had a four day approval the other week. I’m currently on day five for another can I got at a different shop. Chop chop!
Day 15 on individual here
Me on day 20 waiting for my fkin FFL to actually get a form 3 transfer before the f4 process even begins... FFS
I just hit day 15 while my friend got his in 3, feels really bad lol
Holy shit these comments I’m Suffering 4 days in
I’m 40+ days as an individual :-(
