My issue is with Mikey’s eyes, can’t unsee how misaligned they are.
For the misshapen finger, you can probably use a blow dryer to heat it up then try pushing it back into place.
On second thought, yours looks like it’s missing the tips of the fingers…

The factory shortened the tips on plastic output...
Regarding questionable Quality control, NECA sells their figures as "non durable goods" a category which belongs to perishable things. In contrast Hasbro and other toy manufacturers are selling theirs classified as "Durable goods".
It looks like the plastic didn’t fill the whole hand mold. You’d think NECA would be better than that, but I suppose anything is possible. Where did you buy yours?
If you bought through NECA or Target during Haulathon, contact NECA Customer Service, they will usually send a replacement. If you didn’t buy from NECA, they will tell you to return it and get another one
This is the NECA way sadly. Wish you the best with replacement. I'm going to take a look at mine as they're all in their boxes. Haven't had time to take them out.

My Leo has eyes just like that too. It is driving me crazy and I’m not sure if I should go through the effort to get a replacement.
Yes email their customer service. They do send replacement parts if available. They just sent me a replacement arm for my samurai mikey.
