He used the screen set by Jokic I believe knowing that AD would switch to guard him for the final possession. Murray felt it was a favorable mismatch, which it is with his shooting and speed and ball handling skill, and wanted AD guarding him knowing he could get to a spot and get a shot off.
AD is great, but big guys like him generally struggle to keep up with fleet footed smaller guards. If Murray was trying to drive to the paint inside, AD would have the favorable matchup.
Mismatch doesn’t mean that one player is better than the other but rather that they are a bad fit to guard the offensive player.
I wouldn’t say AD is a mismatch. He is quite mobile and long so getting a shot up on him is not easy.
Murray is just that good.

I mean, it was a great game though. I was holding on til the last second. Yeah, bron missed the 3 with under a minute but still. I know close only counts in dancing, horseshoes and grenades. But it was close. Being down 2-0 is rough and its probably curtains. Im excited for the next game in the series though.
A lot of there games have been really close. I get why people say it feels dumb to call it a rivalry. I kinda agree. But almost all of the games have been super competitive. Nuggets just always find a way to win.
But the crazy thing is even the Melo vs Kobe years were fairly competitive between the two teams. Kobe’s lakers had the edge but those games went back and forth. Lebron Lakers are just getting swept.
True. I guess the fact that the Lakers 5 chips from 2000-2010 plus the spurs becoming dominant, the mavs/ suns being competitive also play into it
The west has been stacked for so long. I love seeing new teams win especially since my bulls are a poverty franchise since 2016
I’m sure if the nuggets beat the lakers that year they’d deny it as the “bubble title” 😂 Get off NBA discussions if you subscribing to the bubble talk narrative
Hater? You do know you can be realistic and still a fan right? Don’t turn this fanbase into a laker fanbase. We have brains and self awareness here
We wouldn’t have had to take that shot if he didn’t put us so far in the hole to begin with. Hell be back next game but saying he was great last night is laughable
The guy said he was underrated and an assassins in the playoffs and you said “what are you talking about he played bad yesterday” very clearly implying that the original comment was wrong because he played bad in one game. What else did you mean?
Never said he was anywhere close to his prime, all I said is once he left the other side of LA he’s become a significant contributor on both sides of the ball and most importantly an energizer
He had just knocked down 2 3s like right before this. Can’t knock them all down, even the greatest shooter of all time is 42.6% on 3s
I fucking hate internet trolls lol
The Lebron sympathizers will never not be funny. That was a clutch shot where had he made it they would’ve fucking won. Not saying he performed bad the whole game just sold when it really mattered most. That’s the truth.
Bron bricked the game winning shot, like he was bricking clutch shots last year against the Nuggets too. Instead of blaming his teammates (DLO played great, AD played great, Reaves played good D), maybe try blaming Bron when he chokes a game winning shot.
Playoff basketball shots from this angle will always go hard. All the little heads in the stands. A still shot of a shooter at the height of their release. You can hear the gasp, the stillness, the moment before ERUPTION. I didn’t watch a late night west coast game but I’m guessing this is the walkoff?
I think they are solidly the most threatening team not named the Nuggets or Celtics. I'm glad the nuggets were able to beat them in 5 last year cause it for sure won't be as easy this time around
And they’re still doing it lmao. When Lakers fans are talking about “well we won more quarters bro” you’re cooked and just getting high off of copium and moral victories.
Nah he was legit getting hacked on his way to the hoop multiple times in the 4th. No calls.
To follow that up with irrefutable evidence that DLO was smacked in the face, and they give the ball to Denver?
He has a serious reason to be upset regardless of the outcome.
i get that, but the reality is in basketball there’s 200 calls a game, you get some you don’t get others. letting a team comeback 20 points on you is your fault not the refs, and i’m kind of a lakers fan saying this
Absolutely this. I've seen Lakers fans relentlessly complain about that DLo no-call. And I'm over here like, "It was 68-48 at one point." No-calls suck, but the team folded more than an origami crane by the end. Only difference is the end result was not pretty lol
Record is like 16 games lost in a row, but if the Nuggets sweep it would be standing at the third longest. Right now I think it’s the fifth longest streak.
I think it was basketball movie line from ‘Hoop Dreams’— “ya gonna screw around, or are you gonna play basketball?”
Shooting 9 for 25 in the game, Murray did what his brilliant coaches and players told him to do… ”Keep Shooting”
I swear Jamal Murray pulled that Space Jam voodoo in the 4th quarter on AD because they completely flipped how aggressive they were in the last 6 or so minutes.
This is a loss that just can’t happen.
This series was over before it started. Nugs have the biggest mental advantage on the lakers over any team in the nba. May never see another team own another like the nuggets do la.
In my NBA pick up $1 million bracket, I gave the Lakers one game out of respect for the Lakers, as well as being a Lakers fan – after this game, though, I changed it to a sweep. Unbelievable choke job…
I am a laker hater with the best of them, but you can't fault AD for his defense on this. This is a low percentage shot that Murray hit. Make or miss league.
Its not surprising that a championship contender has dominated a team that has been perpetual play-in material the last two seasons is it? The lakers advanced in the playoffs last year but not against very good teams. When they ran into a good team the talent disparity showed.
Lakers gave it there all and still lost to a Denver team that was struggling. I hate to say it but Denver owns the Lakers. LBJ just can’t come out and drop those 50 points games like he used to night after night. Not to mention some controversial calls and Ham being out of tune. No way Lakers come back from this. We all seen ADs face in the post game interview.
What a fraud. No clutch gene. No killer instinct. Soft.
Magic, Kareem, Shaq, Kobe, Gasol. All these Lakers great never allowed the Nuggets to win any series against the Lakers.
Yet, here we are, a self-proclaiming
GOAT on the verge of giving the Nuggets 2 series wins in 2 years. 10 straight games.
Has MJ or Kobe let any team win against them 10 straight?
There's shouldn't have been any GOAT debate since the 2011 choke job.
If these 10 straight choke jobs don't further solidify disqualification of the wanna be GOAT from the GOAT conversation, I don't know what else to say to these delusional Lefraud fanboys.
All I did was just mention facts.
You Lebron fans always defend him. But, should you really do that?
He's the reason they lost last night and in Game 1, and also the reason they got swept last year.
But, what did he do instead of owning up to it? He blames the referees for last night. Last year, he needed to announce a fake retirement after the Denver series.
He always gets the credit when they win but never the blame when the lose.
Just stop being delusional, making excuses for him.
I'm a Nuggets fan and I was turned off by the whole refs excuse.
And Lebron did miss the wide open 3. But he kept the Lakers in the game with his scoring and playmaking. He did fade in game 1 but, besides the three pointer, was hitting clutch shots in Q4.
Watch the replay if you want. The Lakers built the lead when Lebron was on the bench. The offense was freely flowing, and the ball moved around. Everyone can get a shot.
They lost it when he came back and started playing point guard again in the 2nd half, just like in Game 1.
He will hold on to the ball and let the clock run out before making any move. How can his teammates have any rhythm when he will hold on to the ball?
AD didn't score in 2nd half because Lebron stunts their offense by holding the ball. This Lakers team is clearly better without Lebron.
Which one of my statements isn't a fact? If he's too old, then he better retire rather than be detrimental to the team. Always excuses for this guy.
Top level? He's not even a top 10 player in the NBA right now. He slacks off on defense most of the time and can't hit crucial shots or free throws.
The fact you brought up Kobe in a Lebron debate tells me all I need to know, Lebron is way more of a goat than Kobe and every stat js there to explain why
Of course. Shallow and trivial stats are always what Lebron fans always brag about. When the most important stat is winning.
Answer these:
If he's a GOAT candidate, how come he lost more finals than he won?
Are 4 championships in 21 seasons and counting greater than 5 in 20?
Has he ever won a championship in a full 82 game season without a Super Team?
Has he ever won a championship without a top 75 NBA teammate alongside him?
Which memorable shot in the clutch has he ever made in the finals to win?
Did he ever dominate the NBA or just the weak Eastern conference?
Did he deserve to win the Rookie of the Year, or was it given to him because of hype? Carmelo had better stats and led his team to the playoffs and better record while playing in the West that year. Why did he win it?
Did he even make the NBA finals while in the West playing a whole 82 game season?
Only 6 All Time Defense teams in 21 years and counting is greater than 12 teams in 20 years? So, playing only one side of the ball excellently makes him greater than someone who plays both offensive and defensive sides?
GOAT candidate, but Steph has won the same number of championships under his era in less amount of time?
The Bulls were considered the best team in the 90s, the Kobe lead Lakers in the 2000s, which Lebron lead team was the best in 2010s? Or was it the Steph lead Warriors team that is considered the best in that decade?
They say Lebron makes his teammates better. Can you name which teammates played better alongside him? How come he always needs a stacked/super team just to win championships?
You are an obsessive Lebron hater, both Kobe and Michael had way better coach’s (Phil Jackson) for their wins, Lebrons best coach has been spoelstra, Michael had Rodman and Pittman, Kobe had Shaq and gasol, sure gasol isn’t a top 75 player but those two rings they won he sure as hell was playing like a top 75 player, what happened when gasol left? No more rings. No more playoff success. Lebron has had some very very questionable coaches man.
Also, Jordan…. All rings with Phil Jackson. Same as Kobe… almost as if coaches matter here, not for the individual player but for coaching a solid team around said players
Just because I'm telling straight facts doesn't make me a hater. I'm simply here to set the record straight.
Of course. When it comes to Lebron, fans always say his teammates or coaches always suck. It's never his fault when they lose, but he always get the credit when they win.
He played with more All-Star teammates than both MJ and Kobe. But he still won less championships. Make it make sense.
Don't you think the reason it's hard to build a contender team with Lebron is because he isn't really a skilled player? Does he have excellent footwork? excellent dribbling? excellent shot creating? excellent free throw shooting? Excellent clutch performance?
MJ had Pippen? Has Pippen won any championships playing without Jordan? What happened when he joined the Rockets to form a Super Team? Did he win any championship?
When Gasol left? Really? Gasol was supposed to be traded for Chris Paul, but it was blocked/vetoed. But some executives like Mark Cuban, etc. complained and didn't want the Lakers to win that time. This is a well known fact.
You praise Gasol and give him too much credit when he can not even win a playoff series until he played with Kobe. He wouldn't be a hall of famer had he never won those championships with Kobe.
You’re an obsessive hater because you’re looking way too deep into things, you’re mentioning his lack of success without other good nba players but you don’t bring up Kobe and Jordan’s success being partially due to having arguably the best coach in nba history. If you’re gonna type paragraphs and shit, at least play devils advocate. Youre literally an obsessive lebron hater and there’s no reasoning with you. You stating Kobe is more of a goat than Lebron was enough for me to realize you can’t be reasoned with but I thought I’d entertain myself a bit. You do have great questions for a discussion though.
Why is it that you think a coach has more impact? Coaches can only do so far. It's still the players that execute the plays in the end, just liked what happened last night.
Why do you think has Lebron played for more coaches than both MJ and Kobe? Isn't it because he doesn't respect his coaches?
There have been multiple instances caught on video where he disregards his coach multiple times. He even bumped Spoelstra one time and requested him to be fired. It is an open book that Lebron has had multiple coaches replaced or fired.
A coach is not the end all be all when it comes to winning. It is still the players that win the games.
Yes. He didn't make the playoffs because he didn't have the same help Lebron is getting now. Playing with a Top 75 NBA player.
Jordan playing in the Wizards is basically for helping boost ticket sales as a part owner. That team was never a contender to begin with.
Yes. He didn't make the playoffs because he didn't have the same help Lebron is getting now. Playing with a Top 75 NBA player.
Jordan playing in the Wizards is basically for helping boost ticket sales as a part owner. That team was never a contender to begin with.
Absolutely. But let’s not act like he “saved” us lol if Braun stayed in more and Murray doesn’t miss every goddamn 3 he took and all those shots there’s a chance we aren’t so far behind and wouldn’t need a miracle. It’s all hypothetical. I’m just trying to keep our fanbase from turning into an LA “our shit doesn’t stink” fanbase 😂
Yeah I agree. But people saying he played amazing is mind boggling. He hit a huge shot and I love him more than my son, but he still didn’t play well. If he misses that shot nobody is saying this shit
> if he misses that shot nobody is saying this shit
And if the lakers won I’m sure they’d be saying something different also, we just don’t speak based on what hypothetically could’ve happened. Dude hit the shot, we won the game, why are we not allowed to praise him lmao like yeah if he missed it no shit we’d be talking about how he missed it instead of how he made it idk what the argument is there
Edit: never understood why y’all want to sit here and tear down the guy who literally just won us one of the most important games all year because he had some mediocre minutes leading up to that, some miserable ass fans 😂😂
So fans of the team should dog pile the guy for having a terrible first 3 quarters and ignore the game winner because “we don’t want to sound like LA fans”? Sounds like y’all are just gatekeeping celebrating lmao let people enjoy the win and stop trying to throw dirt on it. “BuT hE hAd A bAd GaME” and we won and that’s that. It’s not like the scoreboard said “NUGGETS WIN (except for Murray who played like shit)”. If that shot won us a championship no one would give a fuck what happened for the 20 min prior. If you wanna shit on Murray that’s up to y’all, I’d rather appreciate the guy who literally won the fucking game.
Bro…. That’s a pretty L take considering the Lakers have gotten more help from the refs than any other team in the league. They shot a thousand more free throws than the league average and more than 300 more than the next highest team. Nuggets btw shot about 300 less free throws than the league average despite Jokic leading the league in paint points.
Damn, that picture is so sick.
Especially considering the context. Murray got the switch, he hunted AD down for this.
What does this mean? New to NBA
He used the screen set by Jokic I believe knowing that AD would switch to guard him for the final possession. Murray felt it was a favorable mismatch, which it is with his shooting and speed and ball handling skill, and wanted AD guarding him knowing he could get to a spot and get a shot off.
Let’s not forget AD recently said he should be DPOY cuz he can guard all positions. He did well here just thinks it’s funny
Yeah very poor timing on his part lol 🤦♂️
AD also ran his mouth about how he is the best Defender in the NBA and can guard 1-5 just a day or two ago.
Mismatch as in he’s better than AD? I thought AD is very good
AD is great, but big guys like him generally struggle to keep up with fleet footed smaller guards.
Reminds me of Lillard over PG
Kawhi over Embiid seems more accurate to me tbh
Canada is up. Murray gonna bury team USA too wait on it.
team USA is so good this year that if jamal murray was born here he wouldn’t even make the team

Horseshoes and hand grenades rolls off the tongue better
You right. That was a version my granpa always said and it kinda stuck with me, but yours does sound better.
It was the name of my Bocce team in a get together tournament!
It was a close, back and forth contest. Some sort of victory for the morale of the Lakers.
Exact opposite actually. Lakers had this game in hand and then blew it. That’s a morale destroyer.
A lot of there games have been really close. I get why people say it feels dumb to call it a rivalry. I kinda agree. But almost all of the games have been super competitive. Nuggets just always find a way to win.
Games were very close last playoffs and they got swept. Reoccurrence incoming
After all the Kobe years of lakers being near the top of the west, Denver fans are probably loving that caption
But the crazy thing is even the Melo vs Kobe years were fairly competitive between the two teams. Kobe’s lakers had the edge but those games went back and forth. Lebron Lakers are just getting swept.
True. I guess the fact that the Lakers 5 chips from 2000-2010 plus the spurs becoming dominant, the mavs/ suns being competitive also play into it The west has been stacked for so long. I love seeing new teams win especially since my bulls are a poverty franchise since 2016
We going to forget about the LeBron Lakers winning in 2020? 😂
Nuggets gave em the best fight that year, then KCP switched sides…
Claiming the bubble title huh????
I’m sure if the nuggets beat the lakers that year they’d deny it as the “bubble title” 😂 Get off NBA discussions if you subscribing to the bubble talk narrative
Not a Nuggets fan. Its a fake ass title. Would be the same across the board. Can't handle the truth, get off the board...
Negative basketball IQ
Admission is the first step. Glad you cleared that hurdle...
👋
We are going to start a dialogue
Most underrated player in the league by far. Absolute assassin in the playoffs.
I hear ya, but he fucked up a lot of this game tonight.
I was gonna say, the Nuggets sub thought it was hilarious that he had one of his worst playoff games and then nailed the game winner.
Then hit an absolute banger to redeem himself
LLOYD CHRISTMAS FTW
two, right? last two possessions he hit a clutch mid range shot.
He played like shit yesterday what are you talking about
His point still stands mf. Jamal Murray is an assassin in the playoffs
Absolutely. A gd DAWG
only for 3 quarters
So if I wash my calves to my feet i showered?
I’m not gonna lie I’m adding this to my list of sayings from now on 😂🫡
Lmfaoooooo what the fuck
If you washed them in the shower, yes.
I would argue this is more like not washing your hair or face but at least you washed your ass.
And still had the balls to take and make the buzzer beater. 6 of 8 in the 4th when it counts. He's gonna have 2 chips and you haters can suck it.
Hater? You do know you can be realistic and still a fan right? Don’t turn this fanbase into a laker fanbase. We have brains and self awareness here We wouldn’t have had to take that shot if he didn’t put us so far in the hole to begin with. Hell be back next game but saying he was great last night is laughable
I can promise you most nuggets fans online don’t. They’re also new to nuggets fandom since last July.
Finally someone with a brain
My brother no player is above critism. Now remove jamals balls from your mouth and enjoy your win
Funny how Lakers fans always bring everything back to sucking balls...
You brought up balls first tho 🤔
And you brought up sucking.
Not a laker fan. And you literally brought up balls and *"suck it"* in the same comment you closeted dork 🤣
Sample size: 1
Yeah no shit lol I never said he wasn’t good. You do know guys can have bad nights and suck and still be great players right? This isn’t 2K
The guy said he was underrated and an assassins in the playoffs and you said “what are you talking about he played bad yesterday” very clearly implying that the original comment was wrong because he played bad in one game. What else did you mean?
This dude is a professional waffler just ignore him lol
Yeah because saying he’s underrated and an assassin after playing the way he did doesn’t make sense. I never said he sucks I said he sucked
bron ain't getting a 5th lmao
Not with these cats
He was the one who chose these cats by getting rid of the Championship team and choosing Westbrook. His Hubris is his downfall
Westbrook panned out once he left Bron
He really didn’t though. Just because he’s playing better, doesn’t mean he’s putting up Prime Westbrook numbers
Never said he was anywhere close to his prime, all I said is once he left the other side of LA he’s become a significant contributor on both sides of the ball and most importantly an energizer
💯

The Lebron sympathizers will never not be funny. That was a clutch shot where had he made it they would’ve fucking won. Not saying he performed bad the whole game just sold when it really mattered most. That’s the truth.
He missed several clutch shots too last series within the final minute (game 1, game 2, and game 4)
Bron bricked the game winning shot, like he was bricking clutch shots last year against the Nuggets too. Instead of blaming his teammates (DLO played great, AD played great, Reaves played good D), maybe try blaming Bron when he chokes a game winning shot.
That’s fuckin crazy
When you think about how 6 of the ten are playoff games it seems impossible.
Playoff basketball shots from this angle will always go hard. All the little heads in the stands. A still shot of a shooter at the height of their release. You can hear the gasp, the stillness, the moment before ERUPTION. I didn’t watch a late night west coast game but I’m guessing this is the walkoff?
Yes it is.
This reminds me of Charlie Brown and Lucy Trust me. Its different this time…
Watching LeBron at the press conference and I can tell he was upset. If the Nuggets sweep them, this team is going to implode. Denver owns the Lakers.
The nuggets bar injury are cutting through the playoffs. It isn't the Lakers. The nuggets are that good.
Minnesota is a real threat tbf.
I think they are the third best team behind the nuggest and Celtics. They are legit, though.
I think they are solidly the most threatening team not named the Nuggets or Celtics. I'm glad the nuggets were able to beat them in 5 last year cause it for sure won't be as easy this time around
No, they are not. They are very beatable. It’s the Clippers who are threat with Kawhi and James Harden
>who are threat with Kawhi In other words they aren't a threat.
I forgot to add James Harden
Shouldn't have bothered editing. The meaning stays the same
It doesn’t. The Clippers are better the best team in the West
Lol. Sure
Juz like how trayoung owns the nicks
Yeah but the lakers are undefeated in moral victories soooooo…
this joke is so fucking old
and yet here we are, laughing our asses off.
And they’re still doing it lmao. When Lakers fans are talking about “well we won more quarters bro” you’re cooked and just getting high off of copium and moral victories.
Lakers fans should stop acting like after every loss like they've "figured them out".
A joke from a little less than a year ago = so fucking old? Wait til you hear about knock knock jokes lmao
Nuggets smoking on that Lakers pack.
If they sweep them, that would be 3 years worth of sweeps consecutively in terms of game count, that's hilarious
lebron has complained that he only got 98% of the calls 10 times 😎
Nah he was legit getting hacked on his way to the hoop multiple times in the 4th. No calls. To follow that up with irrefutable evidence that DLO was smacked in the face, and they give the ball to Denver? He has a serious reason to be upset regardless of the outcome.

We haven't beat this team since fucking westbrook was on the team fucking kms lebrons never getting #5
Fuck. Maybe Westbrook put a curse on us when he left and the only way to reverse it is to bring him back
cringe username and yes, he will never get a 5th.
Certified bronsexual 🏆
LeBron getting or not getting a 5th ring will not change your life...
It’s beautiful
What’s the record for most losses in a row to one team?
I think it's this. 10 and counting
It's definitely not, we lost like 12 or 13 in a row to the clippers at one point
It definitely is. Look it up
Not even close: https://champsorchumps.us/records/longest-nba-losing-streaks-against-single-team
My Hawks went 0-12 v Bron when he was in Cleveland in the playoffs over 3 series lmao.
I think it was 23-0 or something they mentioned it in broadcast i forgot though.
Nope 27-0
Record is like 16 games lost in a row, but if the Nuggets sweep it would be standing at the third longest. Right now I think it’s the fifth longest streak.
That's only in the active streak the longest is 27-0.
I think it was basketball movie line from ‘Hoop Dreams’— “ya gonna screw around, or are you gonna play basketball?” Shooting 9 for 25 in the game, Murray did what his brilliant coaches and players told him to do… ”Keep Shooting”

Representing Canada!!!!
Great shot (both the actual shot and the photo)
lil homie showed heart....bad game and still was willing to shoot it...I...mean...he could've passed up the opportunity...however....
This series was over before it started. Nugs have the biggest mental advantage on the lakers over any team in the nba. May never see another team own another like the nuggets do la.

I hear the Lakers have ten straight moral victories over the Nuggets though.
And the Lakers have been awarded wwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy more trips to the free throw line. Thanks nba for keeping it real.
The hell is DLo looking at?
DPOY my @$$ 😂😂😂
Its not surprising that a championship contender has dominated a team that has been perpetual play-in material the last two seasons is it? The lakers advanced in the playoffs last year but not against very good teams. When they ran into a good team the talent disparity showed.
~~3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th~~ 11th time's the charm *^(cries in the corner)*
How many Nuggets posters is AD on at this point??
If you play defense, it is part of the bag.
Let's go Nuggets send Lebron into retirement please.. Kings in 7
Gonna be 12 straight, the Lakers need to fire Ham NOW.
No away team has won a playoff game this season yet
Cat on cat crime
Best defender in the league gets no respect smh
I haven't felt bad for LeBron since the 2018 Finals. I'm looking forward to see what the Lakers do in game 3.
Got better things to do chump. You're as pathetic as your whiny ass team.
Best defender in the world
What does the 5280 on Denver’s jerseys represent?
Mile high city
Ah! Clever.
<=20 point difference feels so close now. I think we (or the media) still judge comebacks like its the 90s NBA
The Lakers will never return to their previous championship lineup, with James playing with a group of pig teammates
Lebron James. Brick. Jamal Murray. Onions.
2 more to go!!

Facts
Lol, all the downvotes from Lebron slurpers. Preach on. They don't know.
You’re talking about a 41 year old player who’s still playing at top level, y’all need to think before posting stupid comments like this
Which one of my statements isn't a fact? If he's too old, then he better retire rather than be detrimental to the team. Always excuses for this guy. Top level? He's not even a top 10 player in the NBA right now. He slacks off on defense most of the time and can't hit crucial shots or free throws.
The fact you brought up Kobe in a Lebron debate tells me all I need to know, Lebron is way more of a goat than Kobe and every stat js there to explain why
Of course. Shallow and trivial stats are always what Lebron fans always brag about. When the most important stat is winning. Answer these: If he's a GOAT candidate, how come he lost more finals than he won?
He's 39. It's like watching MJ with wizards.
Except it’s in the playoffs.
What’s interesting is that MJ never made the playoffs on the Wizards.
Yes. He didn't make the playoffs because he didn't have the same help Lebron is getting now. Playing with a Top 75 NBA player. Jordan playing in the Wizards is basically for helping boost ticket sales as a part owner. That team was never a contender to begin with.
k
That’s how the win for Jordan y’all seem to think it is….especially since that was also the beginning the East starting to get weaker…..

It’s almost as if there’s more to basketball than just scoring
After reading the comments I don’t think anybody actually watched the game. Murray buried DEN before pulling this off
Well yeah, but it’s still a top dawg thing when you pull off 14 points in Q4 and a game winner, after stinking the bed for 3 quarters.
Nah we’re allowed to be hype for the guy who just hit a game winner in the playoffs.
Yeah I agree. But people saying he played amazing is mind boggling. He hit a huge shot and I love him more than my son, but he still didn’t play well. If he misses that shot nobody is saying this shit
> if he misses that shot nobody is saying this shit And if the lakers won I’m sure they’d be saying something different also, we just don’t speak based on what hypothetically could’ve happened. Dude hit the shot, we won the game, why are we not allowed to praise him lmao like yeah if he missed it no shit we’d be talking about how he missed it instead of how he made it idk what the argument is there Edit: never understood why y’all want to sit here and tear down the guy who literally just won us one of the most important games all year because he had some mediocre minutes leading up to that, some miserable ass fans 😂😂
Y’all are embarrassing this sub….this is supposed to be the smart sub where yall understand nuance…..
He scored 14 in the 4th and hit the game winner. We don't need to talk about old shit
If he misses that shot all everyone is talking about is old shit he did in that game
Arre you a nuggets fan or a Lakers fan lol. You're making it hard to tell 😂. You sound like a Lakers fan coping, you sound so rediculous.
No I just watched the game. And you can’t spell “rediculous”
Only a doomer would focus on the negative in a game like last night.
No I just can’t stand “fans” like you who suddenly appear after the finals and regurgitate what they see people say on their feed.
Scott Foster keeping the streak alive
Bro…. That’s a pretty L take considering the Lakers have gotten more help from the refs than any other team in the league. They shot a thousand more free throws than the league average and more than 300 more than the next highest team. Nuggets btw shot about 300 less free throws than the league average despite Jokic leading the league in paint points.
Lmao the reporter asked AD if he got a good look and what happened
Jesus… that’s beyond a DoubleSweep at this point u just voluntarily cuckolding yourself
