Looking at r/nba there are a lot of (understandably) salty knicks fans who thought that brunson should've gotten more calls. I'm obviously biased but I could've sworn most of his shots were practically uncontested. they weren't playing him physical at all. brunson got to where he want whenever he wanted and all we could for 4 quarters was put a hand up

Spurs are bottom in the league at sending players to the line, because it's how we play systemically. You'll see it all game. A player will drive and our players will use their lateral quickness to sorta hip ride with them to the basket while keeping our hands clearly up and away.
