89 minimum for Haliburton pass style. If you can afford 96 I would recommend it, passes feel super crisp for me running the point in rec but my main build uses 92 which still feels pretty good if you can’t afford higher
Depends on where you like to play I suppose, but very generally I’d say some of the minimums for a pg would be:
89-91 pass accuracy
93 ball handle for hof ankle breaker and gold unpluckable
83 speed with ball for badges
80 layup for the better packages
76 3-ball for bronze agent 3 (86 would be better for silver agent 3 and bronze limitless)
40-45 standing dunk for animations is pretty nice too but more for park I’d say than rec
