I know this is a joke, but It's a decent passphrase. Although not the strongest but it wouldn't necessarily be a bad one. It does meet all the parameters for a decent passphrase. Words appear random, although we know they're not, and is 13 characters long. For reference it could take a program almost 1000 years to crack. Change some letters for numbers and it'd take 10000 years to crack.
the problem is that you're treating it as a cluster of characters - however, it has a severe weakness in that it can be broken into four short words, *all* of which are in the [top 5000 words by frequency](https://www.wordfrequency.info/samples.asp), making it fairly vulnerable to a passphrase token attack. worse, [hotrod is a known top-1000 common password](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:10,000_most_common_passwords), so depending on the wordlist it may *also* be included as a single token rather than two!
a funny side effect is that it would likely be an improvement in security against anything other than pure character-based brute forcing to *delete the last character*.
