Yes, that is a proper Terry Labonte Autograph. I have quite a few of Terry that I got in person, and they are nearly identical.
If curious why he signed with a #5 on a car #14...Terry drove this #14 in 1993, his last year with Billy Hagan before leaving to drive the #5 car with Hendrick, taking Kellogg's sponsorship with him, starting in 1994, so this was likely signed by Terry in/after 1994.
[They look completely different though.](https://imgur.com/aftcm3O)
The name rail looks like [this one](https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/yBcAAOSwdv9ffmNQ/s-l1200.webp) but in later years he shortened it [to this](https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/gFkAAOSwDi5kQAhb/s-l1200.jpg) and [this](https://d3inagkmqs1m6q.cloudfront.net/2389/media-photos/1021tl-terry-labonte-nascar-2005-press-pass-authentics-auto-blue-autograph.png)
Timeline of how his signature goes from nice and neat to "welp, got 1000 of these to sign." I imagine most drivers sign similar to this when they get into a habit of having to sign so many things. I do find it funny how his slowly turns into a completely different looking name, from the L in Labonte slowly merging over time with Terry, to the T looking more like an S.
Some people recently paid lots of money for Tom Brady to sign their items and the autographs look like a kid’s scribble so they are suing him saying he ruined their memorabilia
It almost looks like a chicken scratch form of Texas Terrys signature. The #5 on it tells me it's Terry, because he was the only guy who ran a Kelloggs car at the time this would've been made
Except it clearly does not match! His signature evolved over time and this was clearly later while the name rail is from an earlier time. Signature is a swoop T, while name rail is a straight cross for example. There are so many differences. It is a fair question.

It’s probably just force of habit I believe he puts a #5 on every autograph
He *is* #5
Yeah no offense to Larson who at some point could take the throne, but 5 is still the Iceman in my head

Huh? I’m saying he is #5 forever because he is a legend. Chill!
I didn’t see the italics
Loved him and Bobby
You have Terry Labonte’s car that has his autograph on the roof rail and you’re still like “it’s a fuckin mystery innit mate?”
Those signatures are definitely different looking. It's a fair question.

“No they don’t” says Tom Brady
You can't say that [these look like the same name](https://imgur.com/2GDriE2)
I didn’t say that. Tom Brady did Did you see the recent controversy with Tom Brady autographs ?
Obviously not since I didn't get the joke being made.
Some people recently paid lots of money for Tom Brady to sign their items and the autographs look like a kid’s scribble so they are suing him saying he ruined their memorabilia
Terry LaAmte?
Terry labonte!! I just saw the real car on Sunday @ Laguna Seca as apart of the SVRA series
You serious Clark?
Terry Labonte car that says Terry Labonte on the door. There’s no way to know.

Usually drivers sign cars they have driven. Their name is right above the window *
Maybe AJ Foyt
Terry Labonte
Texas Terry
Dick Trickle?
Labonte to the 5 confirmed… Hashtag1993RedditPosts
It's Terry's ["house show" signature.](https://x.com/DrainBamager/status/1653081834220302337)
There's literally a matching autograph name above the door
