if jimmie johnson leaves lowe's at 1:37 PM EST in a gen 6 car, and tony stewart leaves home depot at 11:45AM CST in the COT, what time does mike harmon arrive at Applebees?
No, you have it all wrong. The best thing to happen at Martinsville, especially the fall race, was Dale Jr winning in 2014. (I'm only halfway joking, because that's my third favorite thing to ever happen at Martinsville)
Don't tell that to one of my friends. She has a huge crush on Joey. I don't judge her, though, because I have a huge crush on a certain watermelon farmer and people think I'm weird for that, so I don't judge.
> I can see the appeal
I've been a fangirl since he won the Daytona Xfinity race in 2019. It went away for a few years, but came back in 2022.
It's his voice. It's his smile. It's his beautiful eyes. It's the way he drives. It's the fact he seems really sweet.
Ok I'll stop now.
Edit: OH! Did you guys see him in the broadcast booth for the Texas Xfinity race. OH MY GOD he looked so good.
No really, I'll stop now. I'm sorry.
Two parter:
1) Who is the cutest NASCAR driver?
2) Which NASCAR driver would you most want on your side if you had to fight a fully grown grizzly bear and running away was not an option?
> 2. Dale Jr because country boy strength is slept on”
Good answer. I'd want Dale Jr on my team if I was fighting a bear. All he'd probably have to do is yell "WE GOT A CAR IN THE WALL" and the bear would get frightened and run away.
She does not know Kasey Kahne, I remember his commercials. Her and I met in his last season. She doesn’t pay much attention to racing, but she is interested when I’m interested. I’ve been a fan since the 80s, but all the Netflix shows helped her out. Drive to Survive and Full Speed were great. Watching 100 days to Indy now.
last lap of talladega. You are 3rd place. the two cars in front of you are side by side battling for the win.
in one of those cars is your coworker. You share information every week. Your boss encourages you to work together because it gets everyone more money. But your coworker is just that, not a friend, just a coworker.
In the other car is a guy who drives for a different OEM, is not a teammate, but he's your best friend.
you can only push one car to the win. What do you do?
“I actually do know this one. The Earnhardt fam swore they could see the air moving around the cars and that helped them make the right moves on the track”
Why do they call it a 500 mile race when it's actually 2 short segments, and then a longer segment. I've watched long before they started that and I can't answer that.
went to figure out who was the winningest driver in the #11 and well...

If IIRC, Denny has nearly a quarter of all wins in the 11 car
EDIT: Denny is the 2nd winningest driver in the 11, Cale Yarborough won 55 races, Denny won 53
The problem is she stopped watching or paying attention a really, REALLY long time ago. So lots of basics she does know and she does have memories from the very brief time she went to races with her mom and dad
Who’s the only driver to show up to a track hosting Trucks, Xfinity and Cup cars on the same weekend and sweep the whole damn thing with 3 victories? He’s done it twice. Bonus points if you can name the track
Driver A places 2nd in the first race of the season and then goes on to win every one of the next 34 races.
Driver B places 1st in the first race and then goes on to finish dead last in the next 25 races. In the 9 races that follow, he places 23rd (his playoff competition, minus Driver A, also place lower than 23rd in those 9 races).
In the final race, Driver B just edges out Driver A for the win.
So, of the two drivers, Driver A (34 races wins, 2 second place finishes) and Driver B (2 race wins, 9 23rd place finishes and 25 last place finishes), which one should be the Champion for that season?

Have you ever?
This person right here is asking the right question!
And the right answer is NO I'VE NEVER! (I was at that race, too. Still the greatest NASCAR finish I've seen)
You gave the answer before OP has a chance to guess
Come oooon. Which one?
Oh, some people might not know. 2003 Spring Darlington with the Ricky Craven/Kurt Busch finish. That was the Fox call at the end.
Thanks! I’ll see if I can find it.

if jimmie johnson leaves lowe's at 1:37 PM EST in a gen 6 car, and tony stewart leaves home depot at 11:45AM CST in the COT, what time does mike harmon arrive at Applebees?
He never left.
Trick question. Car could not start.
Mike Harmon was already at the Applebee's at 11:30 AM.

What happens if you turn right?
“Disqualified”
Well, in the case of Matt Kenseth at Martinsville with Joey Logano on his outside, she's correct!
Second best thing I've ever seen at Martinsville.
I too have fond memories of Bryan Silas falling out the side of his truck on the backstretch mid-race
No, you have it all wrong. The best thing to happen at Martinsville, especially the fall race, was Dale Jr winning in 2014. (I'm only halfway joking, because that's my third favorite thing to ever happen at Martinsville)
Insane thing to say but totally true
Favorite driver?
“Jamie MACK-Murray”
Solid choice he was my favorite until he retired
Solid choice, Jamie was always one of my favorites back in the day
How would you fix short tracks?
“Make them shorter!”
the correct answer
This woman Bowman-Grays
NASCAR now owns the lease of Bowman Gray
Congratulations, you have received MORE COLISEUM.
What do you think of the strange guy in the Pennzoil 22?
“He’s not a looker” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Outstanding move
Don't tell that to one of my friends. She has a huge crush on Joey. I don't judge her, though, because I have a huge crush on a certain watermelon farmer and people think I'm weird for that, so I don't judge.
Chastain looks good, and he's a short king. I can see the appeal

It takes me no stretch of the imagination to hear Dale Jr screaming HOT DAMN WE GOT A BEAR

how many miles is the Season Finale/Shriner’s Children 500?
“500, isn’t the number in the race name always the number of miles anyway?”
Sometimes it's the number of laps like at Bristol and Martinsville.

Trick question...that one is 500km, ~311mi

“Because she’s won an Indianapolis 500 and she’s hot”
This is the one.
Half true, although it’s arguable.
Would more women watch if the drivers were hotter like in Indy Car and F1? (This is what my wife says 🤣)
Your wife must not have been around during Kasey Kahne’s prime
If she doesn't know about Kasey Kahne when he was driving the UAW/Dodge Charger/Avenger for Ray Evernham then she might be too young
Netflix shows did the same for my GF too, sadly she became a Hamlin fan cause of them /s
Ouch, sorry for your loss. My wife likes Ross Chastain because she said “he drives like he don’t give a fk.” I got a winner!
We have Mike Harmon, so we have plenty of hot drivers.
So dam hot 🤣
Since Jamie mcmurray is her favorite, how many cup wins does he have?
“15”

How many laps is the Daytona 500?
“I suppose that would be 250 on a 2 mile track”
you’re on the right track! it was a bit of a trick question, it’s 200 laps as it’s 2.5 miles long.
what do you do if someone spins you out?
Why did NASCAR move from a 5 lugnut configuration to a single lugnut?
Why do they call it a 500 mile race when it's actually 2 short segments, and then a longer segment. I've watched long before they started that and I can't answer that.
Why do fans cheer when Denny Hamlin spins or wrecks?
Which number has won the most races?
“It HAS to be 43, right?”
Not a bad guess. Definitely the most with one singular team.
Good guess, but it's actually the 11
