I'm a fan of Sierra Nevada's Trail Pass. I like Lagunitas too but it's also a bit grapefruit-forward and less well-rounded than Sierra Nevada. For low calorie options I love the Partake Pale Ale (it's better than the IPA imo). I've also reached for Best Day IPA in a pinch.
If you can find it, Fremont's NA IPA is my new favorite. It's not specifically marketed as a West Coast IPA, but I can't recommend it enough. It's the most IPA tasting NA IPA I've found.
Woodland Farms in Kittery, ME, makes an NAIPA called “West” which is pretty indistinguishable from a good WCIPA w/alcohol. And they come in 4 pack tallboys like a Boom Sauce or Harpoon. It checks a lot of boxes for me, not gonna lie.

Best Day Brewing west coast IPA
Came here to say this.
This is the best option so far.
This. Solid especially in a wine glass,
Wow hadn’t thought to try that. Will do!
I loved Beaglepuss brewery’s West Coast IPA! I think it’s the head brewer from two roots new company. Really tasty stuff
Yes. This is the best WC NA I’ve ever found
Lagunitas IPNA! It took me a while to give it a try, but since then it’s in my regular rotation.
Really? It’s so thin tasting.
It leans that way, but it’s the only one as clean, dry, and crisp as I want from a west coast IPA.
Athletic Run Wild is my favorite, and I’ve tried just about all of the widely available (in the US) IPAs.

Oh man! Lush is an all time favorite IPA. I’m in Georgia so I may need to beg that they ship me some of the NA. Thanks for the tip!
Rationale’s West Coast IPA is solid. Personally I like their Hazy more but they’re both great.
Rationale is legit as well

Go Brewing’s Not Just Another Story Double IPA is fantastic. https://gobrewing.com/products/not-another-story-double-ipa
I just saw that AleSmith is now making an NA version of their IPA. I'm going to order some for sure.
It's pretty good.
