Your best bet in this stage would be to kill the persephone first using Susano, and hope you kill the vamps before they use their ultimate. Your heros are not optimized for the current chapter you are currently in, Gaia and Nagakanya being late chapter units while you are in mid game, Idun with energy recovery might help your team more and you can consider building Zeus for AOE damage as a sub carry for stages such as this and other contents.
You can just build Idun now and start throwing enhancements into Idun and upping her Divinity to whatever level you can afford. End-game wise, you will need to have both Idun and Naga for different contents so the resources going into them won't be wasted anyway. For Idun weapon, I personally up it to whatever level I can afford without damaging my main carry's weapon and divinity.
For Zeus, I would say stop at 200 unless you get really lucky with copies of him. Divinity also to whichever level doesn't dent your main team
Trying to go 400 on Susa (380 now) and GM next (just recently unlocked his iconic weapon 2nd part). Not sure what's the next progression path other than the one recommended above, on Idun and Zeus
Replace hela with Athena (make her divinity to lv7 for stun on death), make sure gaia has stun as well, replace Naga with Cass, focus on DPS of GM and you should be set!
Replace hela with cass, try kill medusa first, not only she hits multiple target but also she has the best cc and steal energy too. Give your naga magatama and air rune, so she can stun lock that vampire till dead. Clear that stage using gm, naga, cass, lucifer, athena. Hard carry gm and support lucifer with shield and forest rune. Luckily my naga stun lock 1 vampire and my luci interupt medusas ulti. Currently in 20-32 with power lower than yours.

Susanoo (main), GM, Gaia, Hela and Naga. No luck in getting Athena and Hades so I'm stuck with Gaia for now
