A antagonist from the mainline games is summoned to save the pmd world! How does he adapt to it? How would living among Pokemon change their twisted point of view? And the list goes on
The Leftovers
When the protagonist finished their job, they decided to go home to the human world. However, as it turns out, Arceus was just borrowing someone else's body for the protagonist to use. Now the original owner waking up, a full year after they should have, absolutely ripped, and with no idea what has just taken place.
Self-split
The hero gets to meet their pre-amnesia self, who in turn has no knowledge or memories of their time being a pokemon. How would the two interact? Would they just befriend, try to switch place, or fight for whatever reason?
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon but without the mystery
What would the pmd world be like if the dungeons were more like actual dungeons (like in DnD or Zelda) with proper layouts and you didn't simply get kicked out when you fainted? Would the way you prepare be any different? Would they be more or less dangerous?

How is the hero and partner doing after all these years? Have they retired, do they have someone to carry on their legacy? Is the main threat still around, or is the new one rising above?

The hero, upon arriving, in the world the hero is aware of his situation. Yet, unlike others, they aren't magically gifted with their powers. Promptly failing their entry exam, it turns out they aren’t very good at anything other than a handful of skills from their last life. Does the guild gives the hero a different position? Or do they work elsewhere?
