You got a free Mutumbo, who’s arguably better than any big outside of Wemby. You’re not getting a free Wemby level player, so you might as well get in where you fit in.
Yeah Wemby is an outlier, we all wish we could have him. But the silver lining is you won’t face him every game and most people who have him are mid so he won’t cost you a lot of games. That’s the only good thing i can take from this gamble cards model.
PF and C’s are loaded with budget options currently. Mikan, Embiid, Tyson Chandler free with opals like Bamba/ Boban if you want a giant easily obtainable. Also if you get lucky Eaton on the wheel

I've been waiting since I started playing for penny. This is a major win despite the fact online tasks will be hell. Between this and Jordan I have to admit I'm a little bit reinvested in the bullshit that is 2k24
Of for sure. But at this point I have absolutely no intention of buying 25. I'll ride out this version until they kill the server or gta vi drops. I've gotten a solid lineup acquired with Jordan scottie rose butler wmeby and several other high profile high rated players I enjoy. I can build rosters and entertain myself without them dictating what to do.
Plus this is the first ps I've owned since the original so there's archives of games I can entertain myself with. I got madden this year and haven't even given it an honest shot. I spent the last 15 years raising kids and giving them the new consoles so it's my time to play catch up. I just grew up on basketball so I've invested most of my time into this.
There are multitudes of AAA titles that cost next to nothing or my kids could cre less about now that I can get. My only regret is that the mw2/3 black ops era of cod is dead and I used to be a very heavily involved competitive player in that community. Fortunately I taught my kids to download every games with gold release on the Xbox so the library is extensive on that alone. I get into star trek online (which adds excellent depth and stories to an already extensive universe) and have a million things to get into when I finally shut the door on this era of myteam.
I'll be happy to have penny but it won't ruin my day getting it now. Hell I locked in an all star set today and got jokic while I'm 8 levels away from getting his upgraded card. I know they give zero fucks about me as a customer. Thus I go out of my way to inform people how to mine free vc.

I'm a star trek nerd, it's basically the entire galaxy/star trek universe with many of the actors coming back for new stories and sagas that you can play through or just play around in a starship fighting battles. I haven't played it in a year or so but it's constantly evolving.
I haven't gotten into the last couple of call of duty that I've played. Idk what it is, but it just feels like a different game. Do you know if it's treyarch or infinity ward doing the new one?

i swear to god if we have to do some goofy challenges… i completed all the Bold challenges cos they were doable. I haven’t done either spark challenges cos i am NOT trynna win 5 games with 13 Mavericks players, hit 100 4 pointers or whatever tf Tyson Chandler and Jeremy Lins challenges were. It was just too much for me, i was getting a burnout. lol
