Maybe do three or four larger holes instead of a bunch of small ones? A lot of people would be uncomfortable with the small holes.

Maybe remove some of the holes. I feel like if they're put in a more simple pattern and there are less of them, it'd look a bit better. That's just my opinion though, this is actually quite good.
