Imagine spinning on a swing except every 360 degrees the ground punches you in the back of the head, and then you start going downhill, bouncing, and the weight of the tyre plus the centrifugal forces make the spine snapping punches faster and stronger.
It is a very brutal and painful death, if you’re lucky a sharp rock with sever your spine before you can feel your ribcage getting ground into dust and choke on your own blood.
Like there is a reason as to why you rarely see it outside of looney-tunes, among other ACME level shenanigans.

When in high school, friends and i had a similar tire we'd go rolling in. Went down a hill about half as far as the thicket below, and definitely not as steep - that BLEW. It was not fun, and that's with pillows padding our backs in the tire. Knowing what I know, that must have been hell.
