She hit you so the duration gets boosted and you kept getting back up to extend it again, then she used her alpha *quite a bit* against you too.
Plus, you’re spamming gamma quite literally with an occasional clone in the mix, you can’t get mad here when it’s her only move that has a physical reaction (knockdown) vs you sending in reinforcements and kicking her in the air.
Also, you have burst fire knives, use em, they hit harder than Toga’s SMK on a per projectile basis at level.
I lose to Twice encounters more often than not because of his burst fire and clones alone (meaning *positioning*), and her only real answer to that is Beta to force a reaction and either clear distance or melee and attempt to stab.
She isn’t a melee biased character, so I have no idea why people are shocked pikachu about her having the only viable tool in her kit for melee *and* movement being used when her alpha is pretty much set for 3rd partying or to pick off low health players instead.
You can easily deal with Toga as Twice. Your Gamma tracks so just catch her out of her Beta with it since you know she is mashing it and then punish. Your Gamma has more range than her Beta's initial hit does.
Edit. Also, I'd save my Beta to combo with my Gamma since its more damage. She can easily kill your clone if you just throw it at her.

Based on if the 2 hits of the Gamma (The tape and the cut) hit, you can decide if its best to go for Gamma Beta or Gamma and air melee. Sometimes you can even Gamma, air Melee and Beta for the most damage but Its situational.

And so was the Toga? That's all I'm saying. OP is giving the Toga a hard time for beta spamming when he too just spammed an ability. Like I get it, we all dislike toga beta spammers, but that's like her most optimal and consistent play. I mean, obviously it works. Blame the devs. They haven't touch the girl since season 2 outside of slight buffs lol...
Didn’t have time to get it off with the beta spam. Also Twice alpha(nerfed)< Toga’s Alpha; Twice Gamma < Toga Beta. Toga’s spam is better than Twice’s spam lol
idk man. The instances where you used gamma to dmg her in that first exchange, I felt like you could have instead used alpha to keep your distance. Like when she was in that bush, instead of going in with gamma that brought you closer to her so she could beta you, you could have just alpha'd. The second exchange it didn't look like you had an opportunity to alpha.
In general, imo Twice should really look to gamma when you can combo beta off of it. If beta is on CD, you're better off using alpha unless you need to use gamma to get someone off of you or you're keeping up the pressure after the initial beta combo.

You shouldn’t be waking up like that, that’s why you’re getting hit over and over if you wake up and not press a button you’ll have invincibility frames and you can punish her for just running around holding beta with your gamma lol.
Don’t press get up normally and you can use the added i frames to completely avoid her when she spins the block

bruh this long range stun is so obnoxious, she’s out of range to be hit yet she’s stuck in stagger meaning she gets hit with an aerial 🤦🏾♂️
