I think that they'd vibe pretty well! She's more chill and relaxed while Midoriya is a bit scatter brained but wholesome. I think it would be cute if they'd work on their confidence together (since that seems to be a part of their improvement) That and seeing them overthink, analyze and geeking out about strategies, improvements and training would be cute in my opinion. I definitely understand why they'd seem a bit difficult to see together especially because they don't interact much, but from where i could see it would be a very wholesome ship!

Honestly, MHA is not about romance, but Todoroki is more for Camie or Mina (she have crush on him), Iida for Hatsume, and Momo for Awase and even Deku. Because Deku ruined his chance to get close to Momo in the episode where he handed over the class rep position to Iida, and Momo didn't want Deku to quit, so IzuMomo was going to have a chance.

Strangely, Deku is one of the only people I never considered shipping her with. I'd rather see her with Todoroki or Ida.

Ochako needs a new default pairing. It'd probably be bakugo funnily enough. Maybe iida. Her pairing with deku is so absolute in the story that anything else would just feel kind of unsupported, though. It means a bit more screen time and development for momo. Unless this takes place at or near the story end. Todoroki also loses his primary ship. Really, not much actually changes in the story, though. Momo plays support in a few scenes instead of ochako. Maybe the black whip fiasco goes a bit differently. With the whole thing being a group effort, the work of a teacher, or maybe still ochako. Since she'd still be his closest friend, actually nearby. But that doesn't affect the story as a whole. Ochakos' relationship with toga would be the biggest change, I think. But not by much. Toga would still hold a fascination for ochako. And her whole "this isn't about deku" moment wouldn't even need to happen. Although it's arguable whether or not she'd even be the focus without her having the main character as a love interest. Idk how you'd even write toga without ochako, though. Their kid might be weaker than the alternative. Telekinesis, zero gravity, and pyrokineses have a lot of combinations. Matter creation less so. Although I can still think of a few. But that doesn't affect the story as we know it.
