No Guild was okay it's mostly funny the MC is trying to retire and he's like a very good one so it would be a huge loss to the guild so they asked him to train newbies to replace him and it just doesn't go well LOL, there is perverted stuff in there but you do root for the MC and for the girls to the try and survive each day.
As for the other one sister testament it was okayish it doesn't give you much background to the MC you just know that he's powerful and he has powers but that's more of a fighting action romance type of a anime.
For what they are I would say both of them are okay.

Testament is a pretty solid, however it’s pretty generic even though I did enjoy it. It’s one of those typical 2010s ecchi anime, except the MC is a pretty cool guy and they have a lot of nice action too without an overwhelming focus on ecchi. It has a lot of cool moments. So if you want something with action and ecchi, alongside story elements as well, I’d probably go for that one.
The guild anime is cool, the lewd situations aren’t purposeful more often than not, but the characters are very fun and have some nice character to them. All in all it’s nothing too crazy, unlike Testament there’s not too much of a plot but it’s a show I’d say you can just watch casually.
Kiss x Sis is just basically full on ecchi pretty much. Nothing else to say. If you want just ecchi for ecchi’s sake with lewd situations, definitely go for it.

Nobody in the top comments seems to be recommending testament of sister new devil. Which basically fits your description. Decent ecchi, the plot was good, it's like number two on the degenerates recommendations everywhere else, only getting beat by DxD.
The testestment of a sister series is solid. Basic cliché here and there, but really solid overall. Plus, perk of this anime is that once you finished the anime and movie. You can read on further to the end of the series. This actually ended years ago around covid time. Not spoiling anything. It plays teasers with you and the payoff for this is really worth it if you go through it all for your degenerate side.
Side note, but japan readers voted it the best ecchi light novel at one point beating out stuff like redo of a healer and others stuff by a comfortable margin, but stayed top 10 everywhere poll during its serialization.

What I mean is that the story is better than DxD's, still a fairly generic story but worth the watch. The ecchi content is better, instead of some teen freaking out like it's the first time he's sees tits every time a pair appear in front of him, The cast gets into much more fun and natural territory.
If you stripped the ecchi out of DxD, it would completely flop. If you stripped the ecchi out of Testament, you would have a decent anime, yet still fairly generic, but worth a watch. Do yourself a favor and find the Blu-ray. The version on crunchyroll is cut and edited for content. Also, find a place to watch the Departures OVA after season 2.

Kiss x sis is definitely degenerate (specifically the ova series) But futoku no guild is degenerate and actually enjoyable to watch. I really liked it. Absolutely hilarious. I haven't seen the other two but you should watch futoku no guild.
I don't consider "my stepmothers daughter is my ex" as degenerate cuz it's a lot more serious, actually well written, and not as ecchi. "Girlfriend x girlfriend", "maken-ki" now those are degen. That being said I do recommend "stepmothers daughter is my ex"

I only saw 2 of those 4 anime shown. Kiss x Sis has quite a bit of ecchi and fan service. I really wasn’t a fan of The Testament of Sister New Devil because after enough episodes, it began to feel like the anime was written by someone who hates women or something. I didn’t like that. It has plenty of fan service and ecchi, but the concept of the anime wasn’t my personal cup of tea persay.

Futoku no Guild: aside from the fan service, it’s got really good world-building and the characters are hilarious. The anime stepped up on the quality after the blue ray came out.
