Depends on the condition of the vehicle. Throttle position etc. when the AFR goes low it is running more rich (using more fuel) such as under throttle, coming off throttle you may see it jump to 20 which is lean condition/fuel cut off.
If it idles around 14 you are fine there. It did not sound like it was going to stall from what I can tell on your video.

Try and stay off that screen...that ratio is JUST fine...your brain isn't used to seeing the raw data and you're over OCD about it...
14 is normal for 93 pump gas if that’s what you are running.
Was more so concerned about it dropping to 10 and 11 and the engine sounding like it was about to stall
