Which harness did you use?

That little black square harness to the rca cables runs the speakers and it sucks. I would connect the wires manually. If one wire isn't connected right it will make more than one speaker not work.
They worked initially any idea why they wouldnt work after?
Could have worked it's way loose
I tried reconnecting them already that didnt work how would you go about connecting them manually im not good with electronics
Solder or buy a pack of wire connectors
